^^^ happy to help, and well done on your 14lbs! :)

The oatmeal in the Aqua Spa cafe is yummy and the food there is 'lighter' than the main buffet bfast. I try to go to Aqua Spa most days: that way the buffet is out of sight, out of mind ... most of the time :D

I'm not superstitious but I would not name a ship Titanic II it just doesn't seem right.
I agree. He should call it Gold Coast United.

All good .. just paid for the Classic Pkge and the total came to $US546.80 for 12 nights. :) Very happy.

Thank you, Jim! I may have asked a similar question on another thread below, so your prompt reply is much appreciated!

I bought the Classic alcoholic beverage package and got 10% off. I'm from Canada and I'm also not a Captains Club member. This is my first cruise on Celebrity. Maybe what is confusing people is that the form online just gives a price and doesn't explain it. The price for a 14 day cruise stated there right now is, ie $554.40USD (Classic) which is already the discounted price. I had checked it out a couple of days before the discount and had decided not to do it until I heard of the discount on CC.
The regular price stated previously was $44.88USD per day = $628.32/14 days.
I have only just heard of this discount, too!
We are on a 12 night Adriatic cruise in July. The quoted price for the classic beverage pkge, as of today, is $546.48 usd. So am I correct in thinking, that is the price already factoring in the discount, with the 15% service charge still to be added?
How much more will I pay if i wait til after 1 Feb?

Thanks for all the replies re dining at the Murano, there were more good comments than bad so we are taking the experience and will be able to report back. Looking forward to it.
We are booked for Murano on Century as well, and really looking forward to it, having already tried Murano on Equinox, and Normandie on Summit. Delicious! We're sailing ex Auckland on Jan 6, which are you on, cassiw?

I looked at it many times on our recent Connie cruise and thought it looked lovely. However it was just too big for me to bring home all the way from Istanbul.
Hoping to pick up on a future cruise sometime to partner with my Singapore Airlines Cookbook ...

We just returned home today from the Constellation (Turkey and Greece) and very much enjoyed our welcoming glass of 'bubbly' (plus several others ... :D) during the course of a lovely cruise. Thank you Celebrity!
Some of the posts in this thread make me smile, especially in light of watching 'Bottle Shock' on Singapore Airlines on the way home. A very funny movie!

Hi,
We just got back from a cruise on the Oceania Insignia. I had booked with Mario and he was great at getting back quick with emails. Very friendly.
We had his brother and he was wonderful. Wow ton's of history and a great driver. They were very accommodating even when our ship made a last min change of plans:
Our ship changed ports at the last min. because of winds. Mario's brother was waiting at the port I had told him. When we got off the ship we talked to a taxi driver and told him that we were trying to meet up with Mario. There was a taxi driver that could speak English said he had Mario's number. He was helpful and called Mario. Mario then called his brother to let him know we were at a different port. Mario came to meet us an hung with us till his brother arrived. They didn't even complain about our mix up or charge us more.
I would highly recommend both of them.
I would second that, we had a fantastic trip with them to Taormina last year .

We have just got back from the 2 April sailing of PG and did Christophe's tour (morning departure) in Bora Bora and all I can say is that it was one of the real highlights of the entire trip. He knows his area so very well and we had a wonderful wonderful time. The rays and the Coral Garden were sights never to be forgotten. Have a wonderful trip!

We are eagerly anticipating our cruise on Celebrity Equinox in Sept .. based on these boards have decided to go with Ramses .. departure is still months away but they have been very helpful and flexible in organising our itinerary. We are actually returning to the ship at night, unlike most posters, but I think this will work well for us and we are going to see El Alamein on the first day and then Pyramids / Sphinx etc on the second day.
