Will we be able to book a cruise with Royal Caribbean while we are on the Edge?

My grandchildren want to swim with the dolphins in Nassau but I heard that there are a lot of jelly fish there that really give nasty stings. Has anyone experienced this recently? I don’t want their cruise ruined because of stings.
