Tried to sign into to my upcoming cruise looks like princess is making some improvements. Wouldn't let me look at my upcoming cruise. Will try again later...

If they sweeten the deal may consider it..... I just got my suitcases out today to start packing..... We are only 3 1/2 hours or so from San Francisco.

Makes me wonder why they are doing this???

I booked a guarantee interior for our cruise to Alaska on the 30th of this month. I am elite and like booking guarantees. I like the suspense as I really do not care where I am on the ship, just so long as I am on it. Our cruise is currently showing sold out and we do not have a stateroom assignment as of yet, which does not bother me because I know we will get a stateroom. Like playing the waiting game. Will see what we get, whatever it is I will be happy.....

Ok but the excursions are refundable up to 72 hours in advance, so as a newbie nonstatus passenger who obviously would have no OBC ...there doesn't seem much incentive for me not to prepay. Right?

Yes would make no difference to you if you do not have onboard credit. Prepay is fine. Have a great cruise....

You can book online and not pay for them. They will charge you for them when you board (1st night) . Tickets will be in your cabin when you board paid in advance or not.

That is the way it used to be is not giving me that option wants me to prepay. Used to be that way but not on this cruise....

We are on the Grand out of SF. In the past we have always booked excursions online and we were not charged until we were onboard, so that we could use our on board credits to pay for the excursions. Will wait till we board to book them now.

We are going to Alaska the end of this month and just went in to book some shore excursions before hand. Have been on quite a few cruises and this is the first time I have seen this. When did they start having you prepay for the shore excursions. In the past it has always been put onto our on board account. Just wondering when all of this started.

He felt fine on the ship but the day after we got home was when he got sick, mainly a fever and cough with some sneezing...

We were on the crown on Jan 25th thru the 29th. Just wondering, I know they had the virus on there the 2 cruises previous to ours. When we boarded everything was back to normal. My husband came home and got very sick, just wondering if anyone else got sick from that cruise.

I just counted on princess website and there are still 167 Balcony staterooms available for the cruise we are going on. We are leaving on the 25th of this month, just a short 4 day cruise to Mexico. Just seemed weird to me that there are so many balconies still available.

When is the latest before a cruise have you received an upsell offer. We are currently booked in an interior on a cruise leaving on the 25th of this month. There are a lot of balconies still available and we were hoping to get an upsell as we have gotten them in the past. It is getting close to the cruise and was wondering if people received upsells the week before the cruise...

Getting my luggage delivered, unpacked and put away.. Now I am ready to vacation.

Hi there, we got back from a cruise on the Golden Princess and have a few concerns, would like to email someone higher up with princess. What email address would I use to be able to get a response. This was my 22nd cruise and would really like to contact someone.

Have been watching the Golden Princess bridge cam and it appears to not be working. It still shows that they are alongside Ketchikan and the date of June 18th. I have been watching it because we will be going on a cruise on July 11, hope they get her fixed pretty soon.

my luggage tag holders are 3 1/2 wide X 7 tall and they are the right size for our luggage tags.

OK just got the call. Got a premium balcony on the Caribe deck. I asked for the Caribe deck and that is what I got. Will be a great cruise. This is my 5th to Alaska but we are taking my son in law and his wife with us this time. They are still in an interior though but they can share our balcony. It is their first cruise, so will be fun.

What cruise are you on?

 

Congrats.....Perhaps more staterooms will open up. I'm on the August 30th cruise and the Princess Web Site no longer shows balcony staterooms. Perhaps things will change after the 14th, final payment date.

Received an upsell offer today in email, I called and left a message. We booked a cheapest interior for our 10 day cruise to Alaska. The upsell was for a balcony for 249.00 each. There are 2 of us in the stateroom. Would you take the upsell?

I am on that same cruise and on our itinerary it does state that we will Tender in Juneau, no other ports show a tender.
