  1. I will have a 10 month old and 2 year old on my cruise and want to bring my Tandem Stroller. I was curious about your experience with this was? I'm considering bringing a umbrella stroller as well just incase we can carry one baby just because I'm not sure how fun it will be to use such a big stroller.

  2. RCI uses P&P's..not cribs. If you can bring your tent bed, you are allowed. Some folks simply turn the sofa around, so they won't "fall off"...but a climber can still escape! I don't see how him getting out of bed would be "unsafe"....you'll be no more than 1 step away and will hear him!

I think I'm worried about falling asleep and not hearing him get out of bed. I'm so worried about him going on the balcony or trying to go to the stairs and doing something stupid. He is a little boy that thinks he is a daredevil and can't get hurt :(

  3. Noone is going to be able to help you without knowing the ship and type of cabin. EM

I'm sorry. We are going on the Allure Of The Seas in a Crown Loft Room. I've seen some items at the store where it's almost like a tent so the child can't escape because it zips up at night. Has anyone used anything like this before?

  4. I'll be the guy to point out that this is a bad idea. First and most important, it will NOT be a vacation. There are no "baby sitters" for infants. Cabin floor space is very limited, a crib will make the cabin claustrophobic. Infants are barred from all pools and most venues can't be used due to noise.

What an absurd thing to say. My parents started taking me on cruises as a baby and 30 years later I have been on 26 cruises and have taken my 6 month old and now about to take my 2 year old and 1 year old. Cruises are a vacation no matter what. And yes half the cruise lines have babysitting.

  5. As a cigar smoker myself, I was very happy to see that the Bliss does in fact include the Humidor cigar lounge on board. It’s located on deck 8, adjacent to Maltings Whiskey Bar. This video briefly shows Humidor right around the 8:04 mark.

I’m just praying they don’t allow cigarettes. If you haven’t ever been in this room on other ships just be warned it will be 5-10 cigarette smokers and the smell will overwhelm the room.

  6. I actually took a cruise last march when I was 4 months along. It was the best vacation (other then getting jealous at my husband drinking all the good wine). Just don't take any jungle excursions and you should be fine. I've been to the Caribbean around 12-13 times and never once have I had a mosquito bite me. Have fun on your baby moon :)

  7. OK so there's lots of talk about this new upgrade bid system that went fleet wide recently.. so Im wondering

    - what offer everyone received

-what cabin do you have now?

    -did you bid ?

    - if you don't mind telling what did you bid

    - was it accepted

-how long did it take to get accepted?

  8. I just received my email for my cruise next month. There is 4 haven category's available for the bidding but only 1 stateroom kind is available thru the website. Is it possible if I bid for 2 bedroom they might put us in owners if they don't have 2 bedroom available? Or do they only put you in staterooms you bid on?
