January 3rd, 2024 Drive Home day Renton, WA Heading down to drop a couple things in the car and get breakfast. All packed up! Lets get going!

In the van to pick up our car All loaded up Off to the Hotel - Its 10pm PST so our bodies say it 1am Best Western in Renton Hi bed!

We took the zig zag taxi way to the gate. Arrived out in N Gates. Next door gate Yippee! Down to the tram to go to Baggage Claim

My dinner on the flight home. Susan got the burger as well. around 9 pm PST we got near Spokane, WA Spokane through the freezing fog Great views! Monroe, WA Bothell/Everett area The really bright spot top middle is Snohomish County's Paine Field. This is where Boeing has one of it largest assembly plants located. 777 is built there. I5 and I405 interchange You can see the main runway for Paine Field really good in this shot.

Once checked in, we headed to our gate. At the gate! Someone is tired. Time to board Alaska Flight 351!

We headed out front of Union Station to catch an Uber. US Capitol, a few blocks away Jefferson Memorial Pentagon Finally, we arrived at Washington Dulles.

The Silver Star was arriving (NYC to Miami). We were riding it to Washington. Washington Union Station

A Northbound Northeastern Regional Finally it was time to catch our train! A NB Northeastern Regional was arriving into Baltimore on the adjacent track right before our train arrived.

January 2nd, 2024 Disembarkation Day Baltimore, MD Packing up the final few things before leaving the stateroom Off to get our final coffee Then to Seven Seas for Breakfast Banana and Yogurt for Susan Fruit Salad and a spot of cottage cheese for me! French Toast and sides for Susan Eggs to order (over medium) for me with sides Grabbing our stuff from the stateroom Bye Stateroom 5002 Off into the cold Baltimore morning we go. It was 36 degrees. In Tortola, it was Cane Garden Bay Beach. Yes, St. John’s was done on our own.

We headed up to the Sports Bar to watch College Football! My Huskies were playing Texas! We won on a last second defensive play to head to the National Championship Game. We lost that to Michigan. Ships outside Norfolk as we entered Chesapeake Bay. We headed to bed tired but happy!

We ended up packing in the afternoon. We put our bags out and headed to dinner. Final dinner!

Time for Breakfast at Seven Seas! Fruit Salad Eggs benedict (as I can't get it on the final morning) the sides! Salmon bagel for Susan - she got it for the same reason Picture with Joseph who served us this cruise and the Summer cruise. He was totally awesome! Coffee! The awesome Starbucks crew! We chilled until lunch when we went to the Great Outdoors for lunch. Look at that burger! Chowder Pizza and Pho A mini ice sculpture in the buffet
