Sailed RF for 11 nights in September and wore masks leaving Canada right to boarding the ship. Onboard we stopped wearing them and on day 6 my husband self tested and was positive and I a day later. He had fatigue and sweats and I had fatigue and fever. Very slight coughs from either of us (triple vaxxed). We think we may have picked it up on a tour where one lady was almost green from coughing. Anyway - we self-isolated for three days and overall we concluded that we've had stomach flu's that were worse.
Did a B2B on SL in January and not a hitch - perfect health from start to finish. We did hear from some staff that there were cases on board but that's it - no idea of numbers etc. We heard some sneezes and some coughing but nothing out of the ordinary. Our flights were relatively quiet as well.

Bidding minimums changed to $225 pp for AquaClass. I switched to $235 a couple of weeks ago and today that offer was accepted. Got stateroom #1623.
Good to know - We're on the 21st sailing so if you're on the 14th and got notified today I'd expect an accepted/declined a week or so from now....and another week past that for our 28th sailing....

Sorry for being so late to this thread, but how long after it was "locked out" did you receive the acceptance of the upgrade?
We had 4 bids (3 verandas, 1 sky suite) and all verandas are "expired" last night but the Sky Suite was still pending yet I can't modify or do anything.
I think this was for our cancelled South America sailing that was due to depart on 15MAR20; if I posted this on 07FEB20 about 5 weeks in advance give or take?

I've looked briefly at CANImmunize in the past, as it was developed here in Ottawa, but as far as I know, the app provides little more at this time than the ability to enter and store your vaccination information. So, for example, while the NSHA may have partnered with CANImmunize, there's no linkage between them that would enable the app to capture your vaccination information from the NSHA. As I have already stored all of my vaccination info on my iPhone, I'm not sure what the benefits might be for me in downloading their app. Any thoughts?
Maybe just a more "official" looking inteface? Who knows? I'd even have thought we'd have a small card like the CDC one perhaps issued from Health Canada?
-
I'm in Nova Scotia, Canada. I just had my first vaccination yesterday and received an email with proof of my vaccination with the lot number. Nova Scotia health (and a lot of other provinces) has partnered with CANImmunize - a system to store your vaccination records with an app that you can upload your info into (as well as documents). I printed off my paper copies (and will take them with me when we travel) as well as loading up the CANImmunize app with the info and pics of the printed sheets. Hopefully this will suffice when the time comes. I'd almost prefer to have a passport-size page available that physically sticks in your passport (like the visa many countries require) so there's less of a chance of getting lost.

Exactly the same auto-response as mduffy1834 received above. Looks like I'll be moving my October TA to something in September. Oh well, gives me a reason to do the TA in the fall of 2023 🙂

I'm in this proverbial boat as well - booked on 24OCT22 Edge TA and emailed Celebrity at the address above asking for an exception. Let's see what happens. If a no go I'll lose over 8K in FCC's. Backup plan is another Europe sailing in September that we KNOW we can use them on.
I don't want to play the game of waiting till 30APR22 (the deadline date the FCC's have to be applied to a sailing) for a cruise that's in 5 months to have to scramble for air and hotels. I may just bite the bullet, book the September cruise knowing I can use the FCC's, and reschedule my TA for the following year.
On the bright side - 1st Moderna vaccine scheduled for myself and hubby a week from today!

So, I guess no one has an answer as to why Celebrity doesn’t show on Choice Air?
I like the layout of the old Choice Air website. I use it for one ways on Transatlantic cruises so I go to the Royal Caribbean website, find a cruise with them for "around" the same dates and departure port (the date isn't as important as you can customise the date anyway) and then use the Royal sailing to plug into the old Choice Air website to get an idea of the airfare. Then call Choice Air and spoon feed them the flights one by one.

Here's a wrinkle - booked on board in 2019 for a 4 Night cruise for May 2021 in a Celebrity Suite and it was $200 per person....

Hello: any information when Fall 2022 transatlantic’s will open for sale?
We're obviously on the same idea - I have 4/6 itineraries but no pricing. Still waiting on those details. We're definitely doing a TA in Fall of 2022......

If you look at the deck plan, those with triangles are with tubs
So for N1 suites the even numbers between 8036-8054 have tubs, N2 suites it is odd numbers between 8059-8073 have tubs
Shower only N1 odd numbers between 8039-8057 and N2 event numbers between 8056-8070
Thanks uktog!
Apparently I had a case of temporary blindness and when I looked at the Azamara brochure a second time I did indeed see the tub/shower indicators - thanks for pointing it out.

Hello everyone!
Celebrity Elite Plus cruiser here looking to take our cruising up the next level while building our points so Azamara seems like a perfect fit. We are looking at the Club Continent suites as we usually do Sky Suites on Celebrity. I’ve been reading that some of them have a shower but some also have a tub; is there any way to know which ones have a tub? Is it marked on the deck plans or is there a list of tub-equipped suites out there?
Thanks in advance to all the Azamara experts!

I am still waiting for my FCC from 3/15 Eclipse sailing, cancelled 3/14, and refund of my beverage pkg, Internet pkg, anc excursions. Also waiting for refund of cancelled excursions from 8/16 Summit . I am beyond frustrated.
REALLY? Here is a post I made in another thread regarding the 15MAR20 Eclipse sailing:
I knew we wouldn't be doing our 15MAR cruise at the end of February so on the 28th I cancelled our shore excursions, bev pack upgrade and specialty dining. On Friday March 6th Celebrity issued the CWC plan and on that day we cancelled our 15MAR Eclipse sailing. Our refund timeline was like this:
28FEB20 - cancelled cruise planner items; refund on credit card 03MAR20
06MAR20 - cancelled cruise under CWC; MoveUp bid refunded 09MAR20; taxes/fees refunded 10MAR20 and FCC for 100% of cruise fare issued 15MAR20
We're right to the PENNY with our refunds and FCC's.

I bid on March 1 and 15 on Eclipse B2B cruises and both bids for SS were accepted. About six weeks out. I put in low bids and was surprised to see them accepted. And all in the same suite so we don’t have to move.
Getting the same suite for both was either divine luck or the MoveUp people were on the ball and cross referenced both sailings - good for you to luck in to the same stateroom!

Can I pose a question, why didn’t you book a Sky Suite when you booked the cruise?
Is it cheaper to ‘Move Up?’
From what I have read, you get the points and perks for your original booking. You also get to choose the position of your cabin, so why didn’t you book the Sky Suite originally?
At the time we booked the cruise (we booked fairly late) Sky Suites were about three times more than the Concierge Class stateroom we had originally booked. We are Elite Plus so a lot of the benefits that come with a suite with all four perks we can balance out with what we get with our Captains Club status. What we paid for the move up bid plus our original stateroom is about $2700 lower per person than booking the Sky Suite outright.

Wait what? Your bid was accepted? Woo hoo if that is the case!!
It was! I received the email around 4:30PM today and was the Sky Suite as expected. The extra space will be so nice for 15 nights plus Luminae!

I doubt that's why they haven't given them to bids... there's still time for people to opt to upgrade without bidding and for new reservations. Both usually cost more than the bids would bring in. Once they determine that's unlikely to happen they will release them to bidders. If you have one bid left pending keep your fingers crossed. I suspect you might get one if they aren't sold first.
And just got our Sky Suite assigned - email came with the info. Logged onto my celebrity account and new stateroom was there.

Long time cruiser - First Transatlantic - Celebrity Constellation April 17-May 2 - a not so brief summary

Interesting - I have a Caribbean on Connie in January and my OBC isn't showing up either. My travel agent said there are "several hundred" people in the same situation; I wonder is it an issue with Constellation bookings only?
