It depends on what kind of services. Microwaves are not something standard.
It would be worth a extra tip as my grandson really likes it..

Bring the popcorn, doesn't take much space. Tip one of the crew in Windjammer and I am sure that they can use some microwave in the kitchen not available for the guests. You have nothing to loose by asking 🙂
Thanks thats a great idea!

They had popcorn for sale outside of the theatre on both Voyager and Enchantment last year. (However not microwave made)
Thank you we were hoping that they had one at the buffet that we could use, he is so picky about having everything at night being the same that is one of his things with autism. He will just have another snack at night.

Thanks you so much!

Do they have microwaves at the Buffet that is available to use

Service so far hard to tell. Concierge is great. Service in chops was good. Our room attendant is lovely but they seem so stretched. It’s hard writing anything critical on here given the room we’re in as people think you’re ridiculous complaining about anything at all but it’s all relative. I think the picture of the R.Suite snacks & welcome drink says quite a lot when you look at the difference in just 12 months.
We got to the room and it was ready but there were dirty towels left behind. Every other time I’ve stayed in this suite the goodies have already been here when we arrived. They came today at 1300. Same as our luggage. Arrived 1500 and was down the other end of the corridor.
In the lounge we played cards for over an hour before dinner - only offered one drink. In the past been offered multiple.
None of it has been worth mentioning (in my view), but I think perhaps there is less staff or they have to do more ? Hard to say but I notice the subtle differences. But we’ve had a lovely first day regardless 🙂
When you are paying for that kind of service, that is what you should get. I know you hate to complain when you have a suite but you payed big bucks and the extras are one of the reasons.

Boy they really did cut down on the snacks. Hopefully not on the service.

Unfortunately no. Junior suites are not full suites, and also cannot access the Concierge Lounge for full suites.
How about diamond plus? I know they have a diamond lounge but what about breakfast?

Suite guests are offered a very nice breakfast menu in Chops. It is similar to the dining room menu.
No suite benefit for dinner.m
Is this for Junior Suites also?

Do you recommend waiting till Black Firday Sale to order drink package? Our cruise is in April so we have plenty of time.
-
Thanks for your review. We will be sailing on the Explorer in April, cannot wait. Thanks again for taking the time to report.

We e-mailed and also called. They did get back to us after a few days.

But if you go to the Resort for a Day sight you will know which resorts offer day passes and you can contact the resort after checking out what you get.
-
Did you guys look at Resort for a Day Pass? They will have everything thats available for your whole cruise.

You've got three cruises booked! I would love to visit Greece. Don't know if I'll make it.
Hopefully because you have so many booked already?

I was hoping for more out of this dry dock, but I guess not...oh well, I'm sure we'll still have a great time next week 🙂
You will, Explorer is one of our favorite ships. Not to big, not to small. We have been on Anthem many times because it leaves out of NJ but I was more upset when Explorer left than I will be when Anthem leaves. We have to leave from Fl. now, lol

My cruise starts April 1 so are you on that cruise? Explorer doesn't have a cruise that starts April 5. Or do you mean 2024?
Sorry 2024

Resort Day Passes, it is great because you give them your info about the cruise and it gives you all the passes and places available for your Islands. It has your schedule for the cruise.

Love if someone on can take a few pics and post. Would love to see the new slides.
