Problem checking gift card balance on Princess site

I too can not access balance. I called and was able to get balance. My issue is in 3 weeks I will be on a cruise with family and will have gift cards to add to our accounts. I sent 2 emails and they offered to check the balance. I need to know I will be able to use my gift cards in board. -
Called them about parking. Not comfortable leaving our keys with them.. doesn’t make sense.
