We were on Allure last April. We spent the sea days in the Solarium on the lounge chairs near the Solarium Bar. This will be our first time on Oasis. Sure looking forward to it!

After putting in my order, I never received an email that I had purchased the Vodka package, and it wasn't showing when I checked my CC to see if it had been posted. After calling RCI, I was told that it can take up to 24 hours, and if I don't see anything by Monday, to call RCI and order it by phone.

@BonTexasNYI'm sorry your cruise wasn't all that you and Jack were hoping for. While the old menu was in place when we sailed on Adventure this past Sept/Oct, we were very disappointed in the food in the MDR; every meal was over-cooked. Chicken, fish, etc. Personnel were mostly outstanding, however. Our room Steward was so great and took good care of us, especially once Jim had gotten ill. The hostess in MDR was wonderful, and made sure we got the same table each evening at a window table. The Doctor and Nurse in Medical were very compassionate and took excellent care of Jim until we left the ship for the Hospital. I have to say that the food on our Liberty cruise two weeks ago was very good, nothing overcooked, thank goodness!

You most certainly can bring liquor bottles back on board, but they will be taken from you, and returned when your cruise is over.

I have been using Steve's Trip Insurance Store for several years now. I have talked to Steve, Kim, and Diana at different times. They are so very helpful and patient. I also have had to make claims twice, the first time in 2019 when I got ill a week before my DH and I were supposed to fly to London for a weeks stay before boarding a ship for our cruise to Iceland. We got every penny back since we had a Cancel for any Reason Policy. This past October while cruising on RCI to NE and Canada, my DH became ill on the ship and we had to disembark in Halifax, Canada for emergency surgery. We paid everything up-front for the hospital, doctors, surgeons, prescriptions, hotel, airfare, etc., and sent all receipts to IMG, along with all required information. We received confirmation yesterday that the majority of our expenses will be returned to us shortly. Things not covered, were our air insurance and seat preferences on the plane. Win-win for us! BTW, my husband is fully recovered!
