Thanks for your review and information! We are on the Jade Mar 12th. Only our 2nd cruise and first time on Norwegian & a suite. We have Omar too so very excited to hear your comments about him! On the Tendering, How quick to do think we can get off at Belize & Rotan? I'm looking at booking private tours so we can have more time on the island,(not having to wait on others to join the excursion)...Will having priority tendering make much of a difference?

Since you are in a suite you should be able to get on an early tender just let Omar know. They take you out a separate area to front if tender line.

Had you originally booked direct with NCL, or with an agent?

Did they contact you, or you them?

I booked directly with NCL.com. They sent me an email offering the upgrade with a phone number to call with questions or to accept. There was an upgrade fee but it was reasonable. We went from a balcony to The Haven, we had a fantastic time and have already booked next year.

We were offered an upgrade 2 days prior to sailing and accepted. We had no problem.

I am on the Jade on the 2/13 sailing but having trouble finding the Maya Key excursion. Is it possible it is listed under a different name?

We did this excursion on the 1/16 cruise and enjoyed it immensely. When speaking with staff they are NOT just for cruise lines. I am sure if you go to trip advisor or search Maya Key you could get a contact number to make a personal reservation.
