Does the Yacht Club Wifi allow for 2 device's per person (4 for the cabin) or 2 total (1 each). If it's one each can I switch between devices?

When do Specialty reservations open up? I'm on a June 24, 2024 Alaska cruise and so for reservations are not yet open

Do the Concierge cabin extended balcony's on Vista have loungers on them?

We had a 9:25Am flight out of Portland in 2018. We let the Empress folks know and they arranged a 7AM taxi to the airport. We were there by 7:30 and had no trouble making the flight

I've had the same TA for the last 30 years. She is excellent. Through Covid we had multiple cruises cancelled, most by the cruise line but a couple because we tested positive before the cruise. She handled all of the details with the cruise lines. She dealt with the FCC's to have them applied to a future cruise (we are booked in June for Norway for the 4th try, 2020 and 2021 cancelled by the cruise line and 2022 cancelled by us due to Covid 5 days before we were to leave - she took care of everything). She takes care of price drops, questions etc. and rebates some commission as well
I'll take my TA over booking direct but to each their own

I've always just asked the Butler the 1st day when we meet them for distilled water and they take care of it

Just got off the 9 day Ocean Voyager Great Lakes cruise and was surprised to receive a complimentary bag of laundry washed and pressed. Room attendant said that started a month ago

My wife and I were scheduled to cruise on Feb 6th. I tested positive on Jan 26th. Before the day was out My TA had moved the cruise to Feb 2023 with no problem. I love my TA (especially when dealing with MSC)

Great Stirrup Cay. If you purchase the upgraded package onboard, can this be used to facilitate alcohol abuse on Great Stirrup Quay at no further cost?
Absolutely you can use it on Great Stirrup. We did so earlier this month

We were on the Meraviglia last October in the Yacht club and drinks at Holas were not included and we paid for them. It sounded like no drink packages were accepted at Holas

I'd like to know the procedures for COVID testing in between the B2B.
We leave Saturday for a B2B on the Meraviglia. My TA contacted MSC and they indicated they will test us for free before the second leg.

My wife and I have used this test several times. We usually have the results in less than 2 hours

You’re working with a travel agent. You don’t get to curate your cruise activity on a website. You made that choice when you decided to let someone else book it for you. Now you will have to go to your agent for everything.
Let’s hope something doesn’t have a rub on your cruise on a Sunday and your agent just decides to take the day off.
Well, that certainly was helpful. Thanks

This maybe obvious but I need to ask: Did you go to www.msccruiseusa.com ?
Edit: There's a drop box at bottom of MSC's home page that allows to change country/location/language.
Yes, that's the website I use. I had no problems accessing my account for my 2019 cruise.

I live in the USA, I book my MSC cruises with a USA travel agent, but when I try to log in to my MSC account I get the following message,
You are not allowed to proceed on this site, please go to your country web site to proceed
I've gotten nowhere with MSC Support so I'm hoping someone here might have had this issue and could provide a solution or work around, Thanks

Are you able to have the new booking transferred to your TA?

Waitlisted means that category is sold out but you can place your name on the wait list in case someone cancels. Many of the cruises I've looked at had some categories wait listed with a few available to book. I think they're selling fast.....

Best idea I've heard is to skip another individual $1,200 stimulus payment and pay each individual $1,200 if they are vaccinated instead
