    Hello, I’m relatively new to sailing on Celebrity and will be on the Apex in April 2024. How does dining work? I see four main dining rooms. Do you choose your restaurants prior to boarding for each night and make a reservation or ??? We have a Concierge class stateroom and are currently Elite status. TIA for any insight and details! Ruth
