I was looking at the benefits section for just becoming Pinnacle and the information for receiving the "free" cruise:

The complimentary cruise is based on double occupancy and applicable to the cruise on which the 700, 1050, 1400, 1750, 2100 (extending every 350 Cruise Points) cruise points are earned or the next cruise after reaching your milestone or the offer will be considered forfeited

The D+ desk tells me that the cruise that you turn the 700 points on must be your free cruise or the very next one immediately after that (my cruise is already paid for in a suite :confused:). I always thought that you just had to pick your cruise at that point and book it on the ship. They tell me that you can't pick it on the ship and you must call them to book it.

We already have cruises booked after that point that aren't 7 night cruises. I am sure that they know that frequent cruisers book ahead of time.

Does anybody have any experience with this process?

OP-first day or any other day/night you can go, get them removed and or stopped. Easy Peasy and ignore the 4 pages of people calling you cheap or assuming you are stiffing the staff!!:D

Yes, it is an accurate post that gave the answer the OP asked. Typical of taking 4 pages for someone to actually have an answer to the question asked.

The world would be much better if people would just worry about themselves instead of trying to manage everyone else's lives and telling them what they should or shouldn't do. :rolleyes: Maybe these people have empty nest syndrome?:p

I have 2 reservations on RCCL website right now.

 

I can view 1 but the other gives me the error/unable to view. ????

This has been ongoing since the website was down for the upgrade 2 weeks ago!

 

Also, all 4 in our party are Diamond status but the website has 3 of us showing Diamond and the other Emerald. ????

 

Did the wed designers have to leave RCCL to go help Obamacare? :eek:

I just checked my account and my total points are now 12 points lower than they were last week! What's going on?.... It's like they aren't recognizing my last two cruises for the point value now!:mad:

I am trying to find out if the ATVO ticket machines for the Blue express bus at the Marco Polo airport takes a credit card, especially Visa since I don't want to wait in line at the office there and we won't have Euros yet at that point. (I am waiting for a BNL ATM to use since I won't pay any fees)

I can't find any information regarding this, but I did see a picture from someone else's trip of an ACTV ticket machine showing a Visa symbol on it that I will use for the Vaporetto ticket.
