I am looking for a 14K White Gold Bracelet for my granddaughter who will be graduating from University with an Engineering Degree in Computer Software this May. I am wondering if it is better quality/price/selection in Cartagena, Colombia or would it be better to buy in say, St. Martin or St. Thomas. Any help would be appreciated.
