Just saw a You Tube Video of a Stateroom Balcony Cabin on the Norwegian Spirit and I noticed it had NO Bar Fridge. Is this correct or am I missing something???????

Have sailed on the Norwegian Jade recently in the Eastern Med and loved it a lot. Just wondering about jumping ship to the Celebrity Silhouette for our next Med Cruise in 2015. Not so sure about Celebrity although their ships look great. Is there much difference between these cruise lines??????

Hi Guys.

My wife and I went on the Jade in the summer of 2012 and thoroughly loved the cruise. The ship if great, food great, entertainment great as were the staff. Did 2 x 7 night back to back cruises and loved every port of call. You will have a sensational time aboard this great ship.

Hi There.

Considering going on the Silhouette in the Summer of 2015 and just wondering if the only difference between a Midships Hump Balcony and a Normal Deluxe Midships Balcony is only the size of the Verandah space area??????

Just wondering if anyone also knows if Celebrity Silhouette's Normal Verandah stateroom ( room only ) would be bigger in area than say the NORWEGIAN JADE for eg?????

In relation to the size and shape of Verandahs/Balconies on the Silhouette. Is there much difference between a normal Deluxe or a Hump????

Also is the interior of the cabins both the same size????

Bob and Chis from Australia.... Have been reading these threads and not sure what you guys mean by the 123 Promotion on Celebrity. It appears that you get very nice prices for your upcoming cruises. My wife and I are researching our first cruise with Celebrity on the Silhouette to the Med in May/June of 2015 and are prepared to book even this far out if we get a great fare. We are looking for a balcony stateroom somewhere midships probably around deck 7 or 8. Just wondering about how to get this Promo rate?????? and when do you think we should book?????

Any advice would be greatly appreciated thankyou guys.

My wife and I are madly researching a Med Cruise on the Silhouette for our upcoming 40th wedding anniversary. Wondering if one of you kind people could recommend a midships verandah stateroom on either Deck 6 or 8 which is unobstructed with great views. First time on Celebrity and really looking forward to it.

Sweating on the Silhouette on releasing their itineraries and prices for 2015 Med Cruises. Hope they will retain the 12 night Grand Mediterrean Cruise from Rome to Venice ( probably depends on the Venice situation though ). Here's hoping.

Just been reading that ships over 96,000 ton wont be able to cruise into Venice lagoon from the 1st November, 2014. I am researching the Silhouette at the moment for the 12 night Grand Mediterrean for 2015 which disembarks in Venice and wondering whether these itineries will still be available if this happens?????

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise a smaller ship will have to suffice....

Normally cruise with NCL. I have been looking at doing the 12 Night Grand Mediterrean Cruise aboard the Silouhette from Rome to Venice. I am nearly convinced to jump ship to Celebrity. Wondering if there is anyone out there that can convince me to change. Is it a great itinerary and is the ship and food as great as I am reading.

Would be looking at a Balcony Stateroom midships and would you be able to recommend one. New to Celbrity and want to try them out. The ship looks absolutely georgeous.

Just wondering if it is easy to catch a train or bus from Katakolon port to Olympia??????... If so, how often do they run out there??????

On arrival at Olympia is it possible to pay for a english speaking guide??????

Yes, My wife and I are doing a 6 hour day pass which costs $58.00 U.S. per person, children half price. You just turn up at the Concierge's Office on the day and pay. Looks really great. This includes drinks, food & other activities around the resort.

Our group has decided to go to Dreams Resort & Spa for a 6 hour half day pass. We are really excited about doing this as we have only been to Puerto Vallarta once about 2 years ago and all we did was walk around the Malecon looking at shops ect and visiting the beautiful old church.

Just wondering if we decide to change from Dreams ( which we probably won't do ) is there a tour you can advise us on that does about 6 hours and takes you to the best beaches for a swim and also shows you some of the local culture and places of interest??????

Good Morning from Australia... I noticed you are a resident of Puerto Vallarta so you will be the best qualified to answer my question if you don't mind.

We are a group of 6 aussies arriving on the Mariner in early April of this year. We love lounging around nice beaches and pools and having a few drinks here and there. I noticed you photos and they all looks great... We are seriously considering going to dreams resort & spa for a 6 hour half day all inclusive. Would you recommend this place more than any of the other beaches you have in the photos or do you think we should consider one of the other places you have shown.Thanks very much for your help in advance.
