]Their office is about 1/4 - 1/3 of a mile from the port. If there are no mobility issues, you will be fine. You can also get a cab, if needed, outside the port.
Do note that there is quite a bit of walking on the ruins tour, some of it on uneven ground. There is also a fairly long walk to get from your ship, through the port and out to the street. There SOMETIMES are trams on the pier to take you from the ship to the port entrance. This seems to be inconsistent as to when they are running. It is also longer than you expect to get through and out of the port if they have the first 2 exits blocked to force you to walk past all of the shops in the port.
I still highly recommend using Native Choice, just be aware it will be a 20 minute or so walk for most people from your ship to get to their location

Call Celebrity One Touch and they will handle the problem.. Probably taken care of the same day.

We have Global Entry but no cards as cards are only issued to Americans. We do however have emails stating that we are Global Entry authorised. We show these to the guards at the entrance and we are allowed to access the Global Entry line.

If you have wifi on the ship you can check in at Alamo using the skip the counter option... Print your papers on the ship . You then go directly to a car in the category that you have reserved. Take the car and drive to the exit where you will show your drivers license and the CC used to check in . No waiting in line.. I do this all the time at many Alamo rental centers.

The easiest would be to drive directly to the airport, drop the car off at the National Car rental (National, Alamo, Enterprise all of the same group) and take the shuttle to the port. Car rental returns to the airport is clearly marked. The car is dropped off downstairs then you take the elevator upstairs to the shuttle area. I have done this numerous times with out any hassle. Just remember to keep you car rental receipt to show to the driver on boarding the shuttle.
On disembarkation just wait for the shuttle when you exit the terminal. Ask where the shuttle stops for pickups.. If not take a taxi 27 dollars or one of the mini buses 10dollars PP .
Drive from car rental location to port is about 15 minutes.

Just got off the Eclipse. We had cabins 2134 and 2136 as it was a last minute decision. Two major problems with these cabins. The bath room is always flooded after a shower as the water does not drain properly. Also the rooms are very noisy , sounds like rolling thunder at all times of the night and day.

You do not have to pay anything when you arrive by cruise ship. We were in Cartagena last year , travelled on our Canadian passports

If this is the case I will most certainly cancel the next 4 cruises that we have with Celebrity. Will see after my November cruise. For the amount of dollars being spent on each cruise it is very easy to move to land based vacations in any of the islands

I have had the same problem in trying to use vendors in Bdos. Send them an email or call them and explain the problem and they will be able to process the payment..

We have been in 9062 two times and we have not had any problem with noise. Going again in November and have already booked once more in 9062
