It was $100 more to purchase drink pack age on board than if I bought ahead of time.  Buy it ahead of time.

Got off the Connie last mo .  I did not find the dry overcooked pork roast or chicken very appealing.  But to each his own  Hats off to those who find X ovc a great venue for lunch.

On our Dec Connie cruise  ZI could not get roast beef as in the past .  Main choice was dry tough pork that I could not eat was so tough .with no flavor .Very sad buffet .

That was last year .  The changes are 2023. Forget about the past .

Dec 12 Connie cruise OV for lunch had no roast beef or lamb.  Just dried out over cooked pork roast.  Very sad.  This was on port days.

Sorry folks but I do not consider making my own salad a treat to pay for on a cruise.  To each his own

Just sailed on Connie in Dec.  worst cruise ever on X It was our 17th cruise on X.  No hot water to shower with.  Complained  daily no response.  Could not speak to hotel director.  MDR service was poor ttt try ied to speak to mgr no response.  Food poor very small .  Rude and not competent staff.  Ship gave us cheap bottle of wine as a reward.  Staff not trained.  The shrimp dinner was 3 small shrimp probably 36 count.  X does not care any more.  I could go on but why waste time

I got thru right away however the off shore person had no idea what I was asking.  Very hard to understand.  Very sad Celebrity has to resort to this type of service.

I called the other day and got someone in Phillipniies who was of no help.  Had no idea what I was asking.  Very sad X has to Trans one to overseas people.  Guess all the good people have left or are leaving.  Thank you LLP

Amazing how ship board staff are so good and mainland staff so terrible.  Is this a LLP influence?  Sorry to say but thinking of saying good bye to X.  Hopefully getting our money back soon from the great Celebrity Ponzi scheme.   If I buy from X I am charged immediately.  Yet wait months for a refund.  Time to quite blaming the virus and put it where it belongs.

Celebrity keeps the money to make their financial sheet look better at your expense.  If our cruise is cancelled we do not want cruise credit.  Just give us our money back.  fed up with X and our problems on our last cruise.  Certainly not the same as it was in the past.

I believe the Port of Tampa will have cruise ships sailings until  mid April thus no cruise in Dec. of 2020.  Hopefully we will get our money back and then no more  Celebrity for us.  We have had many enjoyable cruises and met some wonderful people.   LLP has changed all of that.

Time for LLP to **** or get off the pot in regard Tampa sailings!!!!

I sailed on the  USTS Simon Buckner  to Bremerhaven in the early 60's and returned on the USTS Gordon.

More cruisers are becoming  vocal about the poor  performance of LL. 

I agree with Happy Cruiser 6143.  Celebrity cannot b trusted.  A weak CEO who has an even weaker staff is at the helm.  Time for a change.

We opted for FCC.  Still waiting after 17 weeks.  Response we are working on it.

The previous comments sounds like our exprience with X. Keep getting the run around.  Everyone is polite promise to do something but nothing happens.  Celebrity One Touch is a joke.  All talk no action.

Sorry but we have lost trust in  Celebrity as we are our some $4000 as of now.  Celebrity is good at lip service,  All talk no action.  At this point will be looking at other venues.

Celebrity has not responded to the TA.

After 3 mos Celebriy has not trans $ to acct.  Several people keep promising but nothing gets done.  Any advice?
