Your reservation says MTD for sure, right? If so, I would call them at the number that shows on the cruise planner. I’ve had good luck with getting results when I have called. Good luck!
(I know people will say to just make reservations when you get on board, but I prefer having things set up ahead of time, when possible.)

How do you make My Time Dining reservations in the Cruise Planner? Whenever I go to Dining I only see the option for premium restaurants.
It is the last item under dining on my cruise planner. It was available about 9 months out. The specialty restaurants appeared long before the MTD. Perhaps you’re too far out from your cruise date to see the MTD?

I recently booked MTD each night for a party of 10 on 5 separate reservations. (It was a pain, though!!) When booking, I chose 10 for the number of guests. After adding my spouse and myself, I added everyone else using the “add guests from another reservation”. However, I THINK I read that 10 is the maximum number of guests you can book this way. I would call RCCL. I have had really good luck getting shore excursions booked across the different reservations when I called after struggling. It’s worth a try!

if you are plan to sit in the Aquatheater seats check for soot on the seat before you sit down.
Also check on the carousel. RCCL gave me some on board credit because my white pants were ruined (on the ostrich-haha!) They tried clearing them, but no luck.

The entertainment is probably not available to book yet. My cruise is February 17 on Harmony, and entertainment is not available on it yet.

I agree. I always favor longer connection times. I would choose Dallas for me. I just hate for my family members to be getting to the hotel so late. [emoji20]

My stepson and family are cruising with us from Ft Lauderdale on Sun, Feb 17. They will fly in from Billings the day before. Two flights arrive before 3 pm the day before. One connects in Denver with 58 minutes and the other connects in MSP with 1 hour, 9 minutes. The only other reasonable option I see arrives at 10:22 pm with a 2 hour, 52 minute connection in Dallas. What would you do?

There was a part of Columbus Cove that had a few cabanas that were reserved for Sky Class and there was lots of room on the beach there. The cabanas were nicely spaced...I think only 5-6 in total. I also saw some cabanas near the ferry dock that were perched up, not on the beach.
Just a minor correction: they call them bungalows at Columbus Cove and anyone who wants to pay the price can reserve them. They are not reserved for Sky Class. I have one reserved for our February 2019 Harmony cruise. They sell out quickly because there’s only a few.
I loved your review and saved the link. We will be traveling with (grand)kids for the first time and it will be helpful to refer to all the great info you provided. Thanks!

The driver and passenger must complete a waiver. Most likely when you present the seapass card for your daughter, it will display the age as 4.

I have been in cabins 8141 and 8437, which are both pretty far forward on deck 8. I liked the location of both. I don’t get seasick, so that wasn’t a problem. We did feel some motion a time or two during the week, but nothing concerning.

Thanks so much for your reply. That makes me feel much better. There shouldn’t be a problem with me being there for the check in. We haven’t bought the flights yet, so I’ll schedule myself on the earliest flight. (No guarantee, I know!) I’m not concerned about the credits given. I just wanted the Honors rate on the reservations. Thanks again for your help.

I forgot to mention that I am planning to pay for all three rooms with my credit card, if that makes any difference.

This question is a little different, but I’m hoping someone here will know the answer. I want to book 3 rooms for myself and other family members at this hotel using my Hilton Honors discount. Is this allowed? Do I use my name on all three reservations since it’s my honors number. If it’s allowed, will the other families be able to check in if we don’t arrive together? I’m not trying to do anything shady; I just want to know if it’s allowed. And I sure don’t want to arrive and not have rooms available. I’ve tried calling, but I’ve gotten different answers. Please help. Thank you!

Yes, I just booked it on sale for $79. I have seen it as high as $105.

Just a clarification: the kite flying takes place on the big green grassy area near the entrance to El Morro. (the farther-away fort)[emoji4]

The description on my cruise planner says 8 maximum for bungalows. We are a party of 10, and I was wondering if you could switch out wristbands so everyone could have a turn in the bungalow. Does anyone know how that works?

I just noticed this too! My mom and I have done Dragon's Breath before and were going to do it again in December, but if there is a new one we'd probably prefer to try that one. Also, my mom is a bit of an adrenaline junkie and I think she'd like that this one goes headfirst (me, not so much lol).
I think the headfirst sounds fun! I think maybe you could see the scenery better. I’ve done Dragons Breath with my mom too, but this trip will be with kids and grandkids who’ve never cruised before. Hmmm....

My cruise planner for February 2019 shows a second zip line excursion called Furious Flier, where you go through a forested, mountainous area headfirst. At $119, it’s more expensive than the Dragon’s Breath. Does anyone have any experience with this one?

I would recommend that both flights be booked on the same airline increasing the odds of an easy connection. I would pick LAX, but SFO would be OK as long as you do not fly Hawaiian Air from OGG to SFO. (The connection would be terrible because HA uses the international terminal for OGG flights.
I like to connect in DFW, but for LAX would break up the flight better.
Thank you for your helpful input!

I am asking for a friend who is flying from Indianapolis to Maui in October for her son’s wedding. She hates to fly and wants shorter segments. She can’t stand to be cooped up in a plane for a long time. I don’t think she cares what she does between flights; she just wants to be off the plane. She doesn’t have access to any airline clubs, is not a frequent flier member. She is just interested in finding out which airport in easier to navigate in a general sense-no specific flights or airlines at this point. Thank you for your help!

I’d like to break up our long flight to Hawaii with a connection on the West Coast. Between LAX and SFO, which would be less hassle to change planes? Thanks for your help!

Which one is the best? Kids aged 12-17
Also, although both are walkable from the ship, El Morro is farther.
DEN or MSP in February?

Just a follow up: a Delta schedule change took MSP off the table. I went with Denver with a slightly longer layover (1 hour, 10 minutes). I’ll keep my fingers crossed. (But, I have a plan B, just in case.)
Thank you so much for your input!
