Hello, our up coming Quantum cruise is in October. I would like to do a whale watching tour on October 4. Our day here in Victoria will be from 8 am to 5 pm. Is it better to do a tour with Royal or with Eagle Wing ? The prices are not much different. Thanks in advance.

Gone are the days where we can blindly trust their system. When I first started out cruising with Royal, I didn't have to worry about anything going wrong with the reservation, but now they've changed everything left and right. I got panicked and check my reservations at least once a week after reading that they change people's stateroom or cancel reservations without notice. It just like they're playing the game You snooze, you lose with us.

I bought two future cruise certificates for my adult kids when we were on Symphony this past February. We were able to put their names on the certificates without any problem. If they are still on board, maybe have them go back to the Next Cruise office and have them change it. We were able to go back and make some changes for my daughter while I was still on board. Go talk to a different agent if possible, you might get a different answer.

We just get off Navigator yesterday. Great ,beautiful ship. Great staffs. Did not like the cruise director that much ,she was too loud 😁.We enjoyed dinner at Chop but not at Hooked restaurant. the foods at Hooked weren't very good compared to Hooked on Symphony, and was out of several things when we want to ordered from the menu. Even the drinks were watered down . We went to Windjammer for the last night dinner and the foods were terrible, limited selection .Will happy to sail with Royal again but not on this ship😊

Hi everyone, we have an upcoming cruise on Navigator May 30th. Our original plan was to fly from Denver to Long Beach airport and stay at Crowne Plaza in San Pedro the night before. But I saw that Southwest have a flight arrive LAX at 7:25 am. Would we be okay if we're flying into LAX that early? I keep reading that LAX airport is complicated. We had always flying in a day or two before so a little nervous if we take this flight. Thank you.
