Hi, I had the same problem Friday. Every time I tried it said not eligible. I thought it was because I had a free casino room. I saw this subject on Another thread, some one there told me to call HAL. I did on Monday and was able to purchase the HIA package no problem. I asked the rep if it was because of my rate, she said no, everyone is eligible for the HIA call in the AM. Good luck.

Thank you to everyone that responded. I called HAL today, they were able to add it to my reservation.

That is what I got the first time, then I got the message, after several attempts it said I was not eligible. 🤷‍♀️

I will call Monday. I do not have a PCC I booked direct on the casino promotion. Thank you very much.

i booked thru a free casino offer, I tried adding the HIA to my reservation it said not eligible. I logged on my computer same not eligible. Any suggestions on how to add it? It is a 12 day cruise.
