Our cruise on the Bliss in April has the whole Haven for one group.

That’s what I was hoping. My original question on my prior post was will the help setting it up and putting it back?

Our April 22nd Bliss cruise is a partial charter and we have no idea who. This group would be a nightmare for the peaceful Alaska cruise I’m hoping for. At least you know and have an option to change. We are not given that courtesy.

Does anyone have pictures or video or personal experience with cabin 10190 on the Bliss. There are three of us and I was told only the couch is a bed? I thought there was one that came down from the ceiling?

Also it says sleeps 4 so I thought there was an extra bed.

Will they prepare the bedding and return to couch after or are we responsible for that work?

I know they started once a day service. We will have three women in one cabin. How do we handle the third bed? Will they help make the bed or replace the bed? Do we have to do that ourselves? Also, since there are three of us I'm trying to pack less. Can we get robes if we ask? Thank you.

How did you find out? We are being told our April 22nd Bliss cruise is a partial charter but no one at NCL (been asked many times by many people) will tell us anything about the charter. This is my biggest fear. I do not want a non-stop loud party with music I do not like. I want to enjoy Alaska with my family. It is so unfair of NCL to not even let us know. Cancelling at this point is not cost effective.

I did it last September and it was awesome! I can't wait to do it again. I've told my whole family and we may book a short 3 day cruise just to take the kids. It is really worth it if you like pigs. They even had baby piglets to hold and take pictures with. Super nice people and one of my favorite excursions!

I always book as close to deck 8 as possible and as close to elevators as possible. Everyone is different but I would not like being in the middle of the ship away from elevators

I booked an 11:50 am. No rushing and we will chill at the airport 🤷🏻‍♀️

I finally booked my cruise and since I waited so long I got a guaranteed club balcony. I have never done this before. I've always carefully picked my cabin. My questions are when do you usually let you know your cabin? Are we still able to bid on upgrades? I know there is no definite date when they let us know but I was wondering about people's real life experiences. We are 68 days out now.

Yes, the roll call is very quiet and very few rooms left. All the Spa and Haven sold and someone wrote on CC that they had originally booked Haven and been told they had to move, so booked a different cruise. I wish there was someway to know what kind of group is was.

I always book my cruises on line myself. When the PCC calls, just tell them you do not require assistance. They will ususally email you too, but I just politely email back that I do not need assistance. As I said before I've heard not so good reviews for some PCC. When I said I do not have one. I meant I do not work with one. Many have called and emailed and said they are my PCC. Not usually the same one twice.

I'm trying to decide between April 22nd or April 29th for the Bliss in Alaska. On the 22nd all the Haven and Spa cabins are booked and I read on one topic that someone had chartered the whole Haven for one group. My question is, has anyone been on a ship that was partially chartered? How did that effect your experience. I've read that large groups can rent out certain areas and it seem like that would block regular paying passengers from acceess. However, since they chartered the Haven maybe they would concentrate their activites to that area. I asked NCL and they denied it was chartered.

Thank you all. For clariffication, I am flying to South Florida. I always use self walk off because I do not like to put my luggage outside my cabin the night before ( I know I would need something from the bag as soon as it gets taken). I usually fly Delta but looking at American this time. I prefer to get off the ship as soon as possible even when I am in Miami and drivng home.

Been about 6 years since I cruised Alaska. The Bliss says it gets in at 6:00am. My last cruise I had booked a noon flight. We got to the airport too early to even check our luggage. I was able to get us moved to a 9:00 am flight. Any recent passengers with experience have a suggestion for the earliest I can book my flight. I. Know what NCL recommends but looking for real world experience. Also what is the service that checks your bags for you?

I live in South Florida and I used to see Travel Agencies in all the strip malls, but haven't seen one in about 10 years. I thought they went away with VCR repair men.

Sorry, I did not realize about the naming issue. Regarding the warehouse that we will not name, I was nervous that if there were changes or cancelations they may not be as reactive? If anyone has used a big box or travel agent was there any issues with notificaiton about changes?

I've sailed over 25 times and I do not have a PCC or travel agent. I just book on line with NCL. However, I am planning a family trip with several differnt types of cabins and people from different states. If I'm going to use a PCC, I'd like to get one that someone can recomend as I've heard stories about unresponsiveness and missed opportunities. Can anyone recommend a PCC?

Actually is was my family member. She heard somone say it during breakfast. She is having issues with Sea Sickness and was really hoping to get off the ship. I was hoping to hear good news I could share with her?

Someone one board heard they were not stopping tomorrow, but it seems early to make that call. Has anyone heard anything?

I'm on the Escape this weekend and hoping we go to Nassau. Had a cruise in September to Bermuda for an overnight that skipped Bermuda completly and went to Miami and Nassau instead. Had a wonderful time. I just hope we stop somewhere, the ship looks crowded.
