*UPDATE*
I’m home!
License never found. Thanks for the suggestions on places to look.Requested early luggage tags from guest services so we could get off earlier to start whatever process awaited us in the morning.
Happy to say it was a short easy process to get off the ship. When they scanned my sea pass card we were instructed to wait for a ship’s officer. We waited off to the side for about 10 minutes and were then escorted to the luggage area then to the customs checkpoint. The ship’s officer requested a custom’s agent to escort us to a side room. The agent went through the family’s documents then questioned each child about their names and birthdates. She was very pleasant.
We started leaving the ship at 7:50 and were in our car by 8:20Smooth easy process!😀

Appreciate all the replies. To help clear things up I do not have a passport. I wish I had at least a picture of the license on my phone. ( I will in the future 😂) Guest services is polite but does not have many answers. I will just have to go through some kind of process tomorrow but my biggest concern is the delay because I have my three grandkids with me. Oh well off to enjoy the last night of the cruise. The customs problems will be waiting for me tomorrow.

Thanks for the suggestions. Luckily we drove to the port so I don’t have to worry about boarding a plane next. I just need to get through customs in Bayonne when we get off the ship.

Have checked with guest services daily and we have thoroughly searched the cabin. I fear I am in for a rough day tomorrow.

I am currently onboard and cannot find my driver’s license. Last time I remember seeing it was at the pier checking in. Boarded with drivers license and birth certificate. Returning to Bayonne tomorrow. What will happen at customs?

Cruising in May as a party of five. We have early seating in the main dining room. Will we be seated at a table for five or do I need to put in a request ahead of time?

Thanks so much

Interested in the comment about calling to have children receive matching status before we board.
Which department would we call and has anyone else had success with this if the children have not cruised yet? -
I would also like to see the times for the shows that need reservations. I would love to have a plan before we get on the ship.

Do you happen to have a copy of the week’s entertainment schedule?
I would love to have a plan before I get on board. -
Great to know, thanks!
What ship were you on?

Did you receive excursion tickets in your cabin for the clamshells?

We’re the five year olds the only age in their club? Am I understanding correctly that the kids must be vaccinated to participate in the kids club and the one club is ages 2-5? If that’s the case how many children participated in this group?

Thanks so much
Glad to hear your granddaughter wanted to stay. We’re hoping to get to a a comedy show and enjoy a little casino time here and there.

Glad you had a great cruise.
What was the registration process for the kids club. Do they have a list of activities for the week?
What kind of hours did they have? We’re any of the Dr. Seuss activities back yet?
Taking our 6 year old granddaughter on her first cruise soon. -
Our youngest is almost 6 so I look forward to your future comments. Thanks

I think I read in another post you are taking your granddaughter on your cruise. We have been on many cruises but taking our granddaughters on their first cruise in April. I would love to here reports and tips on her cruise experience especially the kids club. How old is she if you don’t mind me asking.

Suite lounge hours are mostly taken up with early dining. Would I be able to go to the lounge at 5 but take my wine to dinner? Would also know if they give out bottled water I could take back to the cabin occasionally. Thanks

Help needed - Lost license while on cruise

Yes I had been checking daily at guest services hoping the license would turn up. On the last day I questioned what would happen at disembarkation since I no longer had photo ID. They asked a supervisor for help and that is when I was informed I would need to be escorted off the ship by an officer. They noted it in their system and when my seapass was scanned at disembarkation it alerted the staff and an officer was requested.
