  1. Thanks for your cruise review and pics, cute family :)

Were not cruising til end of February seems like it will never be here. I am cruising with a group of 19 ppl mostly in their 20's. Started as Me and another co-worker and then our kids (20yo) were coming and they added a few friends and so on and so on.. Any how they are excited but not asking questions or making any plans...leaving it up to me... OMG! I feel funny spending other ppls money, you know you have to make shore excursion reservations, pre hotel reservations, transporation etc etc. I had a Cruise Meeting this week they all showed up with no questions or input...Whatever I do is fine with them..

So much, for the meeting taking some pressure off, guess its my vacation.

good thing I know it will be great :)

Pre cruise stay check out The Country Inn and Suites very nice place to stay and they have a shuttle to the port.

  2. Someone in another thread posted that they stayed at the Fairfield Inn White Marsh. They had good things to say about the hotel and shuttle service. I searched it and it has really good reviews on Trip advisor, for example. According to GoogleMaps, it's about 20 minutes north of the port area, all interstate driving, no city streets.

  3. Thanks for the info! I prefer clean, safe places so if we have to pay more then we just would. That wouldn't be a problem. Either that or just park at the port for the week if there is no better choice. Depending on what the port parking would cost for 9 days is how i would evaluate the hotel price. But also interested in the efficiency of the hotel shuttle service to the port.

  4. We will be sailing out of Port of Baltimore on Enchantment next June. Does anyone have good tips on where to stay (or avoid!) the night before that offers a shuttle to the port and hotel parking for the week??

If anyone needs this advice for Port Canaveral, FL. i highly recommend Country Inn and Suites. They run their shuttle like seasoned pros. The hotel is very clean and very nice and looks new. Free breakfast is above average and good. Pool is great with a hot tub area and area for small children. Hotel is closest one to the port. Price is great value. Stay the night and park for a week for about 150.00 including tax. So i'm spoiled with this hotel and looking for a similar one at Port of Baltimore! :D
