I’m having difficulty signing in on the cruise planner. It only gets to a certain point in the sign in process and then just stops. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated by another “not so computer friendly” person!

Thank you for your suggestions. I cleared the cookies. No good. Still not able to add to cart.  I went in app and got excited - bev pkg popped up, but again not able to chose it.  UGH!  I’ll try again and again, etc - then I’ll call Royal.

I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong - I’ve been trying to get the Refresh Pkg since the Black Friday prices started Nov 18. Either I can’t get in at all on the cruise planner or, like some, the gray button doesn’t let me add to cart. After reading some suggestions I called Crown & Anchor - who were unable to add the package. They said IT will work on it and email me. I’m thinking about calling Royal and trying to order on the phone. 

At first I figured the website crashed because so many were on - - but 3DAYS???

Any ideas? Or should I just chill for a little while and relax and wait it out?

i hope I don’t lose out on Black Friday prices.....hopefully we have until Black Friday!!!

Thanks for the info on Port Canaveral.  This is our first time going out of that port, first time on a 4 Night cruise, and first time on the Independence of the Seas!!!

Ron — just wondering about Port Canaveral.  Did you leave and come back to Terminal 1?  I’ve read some posts where passengers left from Terminal1 and returned to Terminal5. I’m hoping that’s not the case with the Independence.

Thank you for your prompt replies. It sounds like I’ll be all set - especially since my trip is next year, so I won’t have to worry about the remodeling. 

Just wondering - would a Red Cap meet me in the waiting lounge in Penn Station to put me and my checked luggage on the train bound for Albany?

i will be arriving at Penn Station on overnight train from Florida and will have a few hours wait time before catching the train for Albany-Rensselaer.

I was reading from a list of extras that the Jade includes and it mentioned a self service laundromat.  Is this correct?  🤞
