I do not have to have all inclusive. Would like beach, food drinks, chairs, umbrellas and access to a hotel room. Do I just need to book a room at a hotel? If so, do you have suggestions? Probably prefer adult area - does not have to be adults only

My understanding is Cabbage beach is beautiful. I read $4 taxi ride each way per person, there are chairs and umbrellas to rent and no restrooms. Can someone confirm if my findings are correct? Is there food and drinks available on the beach?
