Just to let you guys know, I am married to one of the "5 Daves". My hubby is rancher Dave, and although "Just Another Dave" (Das Boat, married to Alise" is a Cool Cat and all, MY Dave is actually the "fun Dave"!! :p Well, that is, unless you are working cows with him and he makes you go in with a mean cow who chases you and tries to kill you, causing you to slam your shoulder into a gate while desperately trying to escape certain death. Other than that, he's really FUN! :rolleyes:

As far as a "Fun Dave"...we are all fun in one way or another...except I am marathon Dave because I have been doing marathons almost every year!! Plus my wife Adrianne says I am alot of fun to be with!!:)

Hello Cupids!!

For those of you that live in the south and the midwest..please keep your freezing cold weather away from us in the northeast!! Today we were hit with a deep freeze where we hit record numbers right here in New York City!!

For those of us who know Sue and Rich..I heard from them tonight and Sue told me that she was really busy and has not booked this cruise yet but has not ruled it out. She said that they will make a decision in a couple of weeks. We will keep our fingers crossed!!:D I let her know that we have all five Daves accounted for...

I will say I cannot stop watching cruise commercials just to try to keep warm and think about this cruise!! I guess we will soon be there!!

We have blizzard like conditions today and right now we have a little bit of snow falling.

As far as going out at the Bayside market I was wondering if anyone would be interested in going to Chili's? We have gone to Bubba Gumps a lot plus we have one here in NYC that we were looking for something different...Would anyone have any objections?

David, we usually meet in the Atrium lounge area and watch everyone board and then meet after the Muster at the Aft Bar on the Lido deck. I think Heidi is working on a Meet and Mingle. Did you book the stingray excursion. Looks like fun. I'd love to do it but Bettie doesn't swim and it's not worth that money.

Dave..we have not booked yet but plan to do it soon....

According to the weather report the heavy winds are supposed to get to Buffalo, NY.

I was wondering since some of us have the priority check-in is there a place on the ship we would like to meet to enjoy our first cocktail? Also has a meet and mingle been set up?

Hello Cupids...

For those who are interested in tracking me in the ING NYC Marathon you can download an app called ING NYC Marathon. Once downloaded you will go to the part that says track runners. in the search put in my name David Isaacson and press search and my name and bib number will appear. This app and tracking is totally free. The marathon will be on Sunday Nov 3.

The run will be televised.

This coming Sunday I will running a 5 mile race and then the following Sunday will be the NYC Marathon!! Can't wait!! Since last year it was cancelled because of Hurricane Sandy.

I am still trying to book the Stingrays tour in Grand Turk. I think I have to call Carnival unless someone hear has a better suggestion...

I must of made a mistake when I looked at the FTTF and notice that there are 2 left as of right now. I see that they put F2F on my luggage tag. Now I had a guarantee cabin and on the luggage tag says TBA but now they already assigned me a cabin..do you think they will fix the tags?

I'm not seeing the Stingray excursion either. Maybe it is full and if so, you can be placed on a waiting list. I know that the cruise lines sometimes hold back several placements for those that do not book before boarding. Check the exursion desk asap you board. I did see a Stingray excursion on another website. Try the Shoreexcursiongroup dot com. They have an excursion to Gibbs Cay.

It has been already a week from sailing on NCL Breakaway and getting ready for the Carnival Breeze!!. Adrianne and I had a great time and it was nice to see Gail. We gave her a tour of Times Square and also took her to Brooklyn were we live. She got a chance to go to the famous cheesecake place called Junior's.

Gail and I both did the freefall slide. It was scary and amazing all at the same time.

Adrianne and I are still deciding on what excursions we want to take but I do know that she wants to do the stingrays tour in Grand Turk. I first saw it on the website and now I can't find it. I think I will call Carnival. If anyone has any suggestions about excursions at other ports of call..please let us know.

Adrianne and I will be on the NCL Breakaway on Sunday leaving for Bermuda!! Also Gail is also traveling with us who is a part of this group. It looks like to be a lot of fun!!:D.
