We were close by that cabin on Ascent. There was noise from up above from 2am onwards. It was apparently cleaning that was being done and large items being moved. There was banging every night. We complained and got some compensation towards a future cruise but I would not choose that location again.

We did a private tour with Karavas travel last week in Santorini. There were 6 in our party. We could choose the itinerary and length of trip. We paid a deposit in advance then the balance on the day. An excellent family company to deal with and always kept in touch. We would recommend them thoroughly.

Can I have a look at shore excursions before Ive booked a particular cruise?

Can anybody advise please on cabins on Deck 12 aft under the cafeteria? Are they noisy from above on the Edge class ships?

Can I take towels from the ship when I go to a beach? I’m hoping not to have to take extra towels with me.

I’m organised for most days on our cruise but looking for help in planning some time at a beach preferably with water sports at either Corfu or Katakolon. Any advice appreciated.

I have also booked the same tour in Kotor. Thanks for recommendation. Any body got ideas for a beach trip possibly with water activities either in Corfu or Olympia Katakolon?

We are going on a similar cruise in July. I also would like advice on beaches when in ports perhaps Corfu and one other. Any with beach activities/sports? Also Bbmerzel mentioned using OBC to book excursions. Can you pay for these in advance using OBC or do you have to wait and book when onboard?

Can you cancel these reservations without being charged?

If I make a reservation at Eden before travelling do I pay in advance or does it get added to my onboard account?

Thank you. That’s the only uses I would need Wi-Fi for as well. I really wondered if the Wi-Fi in general was worthwhile as it’s a few years since we were cruising and we didn’t bother paying for Wi-Fi as it wasn’t great and we lived without it. Now we would prefer to have it though.

We are going to be booking a cruise on Beyond. We are considering the classic drinks, gratuities, wifi all inclusive package. Anyone have experience of how good the wifi is onboard? That would help us decide if its worth purchasing the package when we book.
