  1. Your TA is mistaken. Simply call the Captain's Club at 800-760-0654BsAt4ube4GblQIAAAAASUVORK5CYII= with your Crown and Anchor number handy and they will enroll you with a Captain's Club number at the equivalent level, (Diamond = Elite).

    Happy Sailings!

Well, I have some clarification on this...my TA called the Captain's Club representative again today and was told that the "reciprocity" between Celebrity and Royal Caribbean loyalty membership status applies to Platinum and Higher. Sad to say that is not us...yet! Hopefully it will be some day. Thanks anyway.

  2. we plan to go to the Festival at night and then the next day go to St. George. So we should buy for 2 days even though the first we are only using it at night. Thanks.

Has anybody taken the train in St. George? If so, do you know what time the first train leaves from the ferry?

    Leaving on the Summit tomorrow

What train in St. George's? I had not heard or read of this but would like it. Thanks.

  3. Hi Marietta! How are you?

We may do a cruise in July but not sure yet about the dates. Looking for that last minute deal like we usually do in July. It would be great to see you again! Hope you are aware that you will be Elite on Celebrity (by way of your Diamond status on Royal) and will get to enjoy all of the Elite perks.

I haven't sailed on Celebrity yet but my TA told me my Royal Caribbean status did not carry over to Celebrity. Although originally she said it did. Has something changed? I sure hope so.

We are so excited about our upcoming Summit cruise.

  4. A few years ago we sailed on the Allure of the Seas and we spent a wonderful day at Labadee.

It was not as great as Disney's Private Island but, it is my all time second ever favorite port day.

I look forward to visiting private islands for their easy beach days and would hate to stop getting to go to them.

  5. "In a Sunburned Country" by Bill Bryson -laugh out loud - travelouge about Australia.

"The All -Girl's Filling Station Last Reunion" by Fannie Flagg

"Playing for Pizza" by John Grisham - American third string quarterback goes to Italy to play

Anything by Maeve Binchy, Dorothea Benton Frank and Steve Berry

I just visited the used bookstore last week to stock up for my next cruise vacation. Now I'm ready.
