I am as curious as you are about these "mysterious" stairs. After reading this, I pulled out the brochure (and a magnifying glass) and located where they are supposed to be. I saw the spaces where they are but it doesn't show the little lines that it shows elsewhere where there are stairs. Maybe they want to keep them secret. I will check them out, although they are extremely far from where my cabin is (12519).
