Ive heard there is an advance spreadsheet for alaska 2020 out there - if anyone has knowledge of this could
you please post it here? thank you so much!
-
Following this thread as I am anxious to see the Americas spreadsheet. So things open on May 16th for Elite, correct?
-
Its been awhile but i noticed on our luggage tags there is no elite notification like before. I presumed they did that for some sort of priority luggage delivery to stateroom. Is this no more? Ive also heard of internet perks changing...

If you pick anytime dining and you are in a full suite. Can you take advantage of Club Class Dining?
-
We will be in a suite and have a fixed dining at 6:00. I know suites can go to club dining can we try it once even if ee have fixed dining?

Princess just changed our balcony cabin assignment on the STAR to E731 - its aft facing - anyone have thoughts/reviews on this cabin? thanks!
-
Yes - Once I got the current Sip-Sail and Specialty Dining offer, I pretty much planned on paying whatever the current prices are - Our cruise (which is at Christmas 2017) would have to come down substantially to lose the promos we now have - which in my mind won't happen! Still a good deal Im saving now!!
-
there will be 2 elites in one cabin coming up - is the free bar set up by cabin or by # of Elites in the cabin?
thanks for the info
-
We just upgraded 3 future cruises to include the Sip/Sail at $0 cost! although not HUGE drinkers the specialty coffee alone (we spend at least $15per day each) is a big bonus - and now we can enjoy some wine/cocktails in the evening, on our way to beautiful Hawaii at Christmas! thank you PRINCESS!
-
Lead-in prices were posted a page back.
MIssed that! thank you for clarifying this really helps! thanks again

Just checked our NOV 2017 Mexico cruise and the price is exactly the same under Sip and Sail....since we are taking our 2 grand daughters, the drink packages are worth almost $1300.00, plus the specialty dining for 4 so a real deal for us!!!
I didnt think the new SIP/SAIL didnt start until June 21??
-
What is the sip and sail?
Its the daily drink package which runs about $56/day per person - amoung other things free drinks under $10 per serving.
-
I'll just have to see what happens to pricing. There is a 10 day Mexico cruise out of SF January 24. Currently a balcony is priced from $1,299.00. I'll see how much it is when the Sip-n-Sail promo goes into place. I'm guessing it will be higher.
We've locked down a mini-suite for 1849 in Feb 2018. At least we know we will pay that at a minimum - now we'll see what happens when the Sip-Sail kicks in.

Beware! Travel agents do NOT always read and understand Princess' fine print. Ours was advised by the Signature Net to rebook us to save us $200. BAD IDEA. We had originally booked under the sale which offered free pre-paid gratuities. The $100 each deposit was non-refundable. So she rebooked us to "save" us $200. Guess what! We lost the deposit, we lost the free gratuities, a total loss of $400 to gain $200! Now she's trying to get us at least even. We'll visit today and see how we stand. Final note. We visited a different agency to see what they offered on a different subject. They ALSO did not understand the Princess "fine print". BEWARE!
When Ive dealt directly with PRINCESS, they have always been up front and very clear with the pros-cons of changing a reservation BEFORE anything is done - I will go directly with PRiNCESS before trusting any TA to know all the ins-and-outs.
-
Im anxiously awaiting to see what Princess does with the pricing - we got such a good deal with the initial bookings that i fear changing to the Sip/Sail wouldnt be worth it - fingers crossed everyone!!
-
If your agent handles it properly, you should be able to keep your cabin and dining.
If your agent says you cannot keep it, speak with a different agent.
you can definitly keep your original cabin/dining i have done it many times on my own without a TA -Now depending on pricing and offerrings you may have to deal with increased prices etc. depends on what you can carry over from original booking.
-
Go online - everything through Feb 2018 is there and ready to be booked. We are on board for Mexico Feb 2018.
-
Regarding your #2 keeping the same cabin. We have done re-bookings before and have always been able to keep the cabin we already had! Im counting on that myself as we have our favorite cabins reserved already.
-
Thanks so much for the heads up! Between my 2 sons and us we have 5 sailings July 2017 to Feb 2018! Hope we can convert our bookings to this offer! Fingers - Crossed - thanks again!!

On the Ruby last month, there was a sign posted at the Future Cruise Consultant's desk that said May 18, 2016.
Thank You! Will be checking - its on my calendar!

Ive read that Elite folks have priority De-barkation - how does that work? Can you pick whatever time you want to leave the ship? We just made Elite hooray!
