No offense, but it is YOUR responsibility as a consumer to read the T/C's for yourself.

We might have read them if they had given us anything in writing, they just emailed our certificate numbers. Do you normally get printed certificates with T&C on them?

We bought two future cruise certificates and went to use them today and were told we can only use one against an interior cabin and if we want to use the two for the same cruise we have to buy a balcony or above.

Shame they never told us that was in their T&C when we bought them. Shame their all inclusive prices are so expensive now especially as neither of us drink alcohol.

There are normally queues of taxis waiting when disembarking in Barcelona. The cost to Barcelona Airport is approximately 30 euros.:cool:

There are loungers, tables, two hot tubs, a tiny pool and a giant movie screen. There is a bar, sometimes a lunch buffet, and an appetizer menu in the afternoon/evening. And nice views over the back of the ship. There are parasols up near the bar/buffet area, so you can usually find some shade, and depending on the time of day and how the ship is turned some of the loungers may be in the shade.

Someone on our roll call for a September Quest sailing went onto Quest the other week when it was docked in Southampton to have a look around. Best bet is to call Azamara direct.

What you need to do to view all of your cabin details is log in and it will bring up the list of cruises you have booked as before. Leave that page open and then open another tab and click on the saved bookmark again and it should bring up the same page, but also include a "select" tab so you can view all of the details:

I have just booked the 8 night cruise. Any idea why these cruises have suddenly become available?

Just got off the Spirit and halfway through the cruise new bar menus were made available and each venue has different cocktails on offer on the menu - for example in the pool area it was mainly frozen cocktails. You can, of course, order whatever cocktail you like wherever you are and it just seems a little strange that they don't have one comprehensive menu for you to choose from.

Also annoying because if what you want isn't on the menu where you are drinking you don't know what the price is going to be.

Leaving on Thursday from Barcelona on Spirit but to be honest after reading all the gripes on this forum about NCL I'm not sure I want to go. Don't people ever moan!
