Thanks everyone for answering my question. One time I send my love ones thinks down to be wash when it came back it looked like it was not wash. That was my first time trying this out. I do not know if anyone had the something happen to them.

I get free wash by Carnival. But I cannot use them because I have eczema. Frist I am going on Mardi Gras then Royal.

I am planning to take a cruise side by side but I do not know where I can wash my clothes. It will be out of Miami. I check some's laundromat but they do not have good review. I am driving down but I have a small car. And the cruise I am going on does not have any washing machine.

Is there a phone number that I can call beside 800-814-7100 I have called this number many times but no one returns your phone call. But to talk to someone to take your money it is easy. But after that to speak to someone it is impossible.

Thanks, Wemjam for putting this up. I just became Platinium on my late cruise. I did not know what I was suppose to get so I miss my casino $25. But I got everything else. -
