I have an opposite question. We leave Vancouver on Oct 2 for a 6-day cruise. Are there any gala nights?

We are on a cruise, Vancouver to San Diego, Oct 2. Excursions for 2 of the stops were just posted 40ish days before the cruise, so be patient. Booking air thru HAL is probably a good idea with the travel world still in some turmoil.

changed policy on bringing wine onboard? The corkage fee was only if you drank it in a dining room. Haven't been on HAL since Covid, but am booked for Nov 2 from Vancouver.

an other vote for romeinlimo. Used them 3x, wonderful each time. Esp. loved their "Rome by Night" tour after the cruise.

I hope you get a definitive answer. 6 of us will be trying to find the bus on June 11. No answer to an email sent weeks ago (surprise). I don't know how they would know who is turning up when without further information from us, like what time will you be at the bus. I want to know EXACTLY where the bus will be. Outside a bus terminal? In a bus terminal? How about an email with a map? Tronchetoo is a large area and very busy. Please let us know how the transfer goes.

I cruise both for different reasons. HAL for the music walk on the newer ships and Caribbean itineraries, Azamara for their small ships and European itineraries where they can get right into ports that bigger ships can't. Yes, veranda abins are better on HAL, but Azamara has its charms.
