I sailed in Meraviglia last year & really enjoyed it.

One option you might ponder is being married onboard...there is a lovely lounge /bar called SKY LOUNGE  deck 18 w live music...its one of the smaller venues.  On the cruise there were several weddings & I saw one in this lounge( it took place w only the wedding party present)The staff was great...one wedding party ended up in the Pub (that was fun)which also had live music.  Several other couples chose the atrium w the party continuing in the gallerie.

I know many  people would choose to be on land but Oct is iffy in florida, quite hot & humid ..at least on the ship you can enjoy key west as tourists & have everything taken care of for the ceremony onboard the ship...no matter the weather you can wed & sail into the sunset.

Try sending a message on twitter. I sent a message regarding a flight in October and asked for a refund. It took about a week and I got a response asking to verify my email which I did. They responded almost immediately and said the refund was being processed and apologized for it taking so long to respond to me.

Not all of Florida is seeing the huge increase in cases. I live in Volusia county and we are at around 3200 cases since the virus started. So please don't group all of Florida in the same catagory.

Hello I just booked this cruise. This will be my first cruise alone since my Husband passed away last February. I really need this cruise it has been a rough year for me and I am sure most of us. I hope to meet some folks on here so I don't have to eat with complete strangers... Looking to forward to meeting new gay folks.. Tom

It looks like Carnival just pulled all October sailing from Miami and Port Canaveral off. No cruises are showing up. I have a feeling October is gone....

At this rate that they keep canceling it will be NEVER

I am not optimistic about our August 30 Horizon cruise sailing. The same thing happened with my July 4 cruise on the Breeze. I think we will get the cancelation emails by Monday.

Booked on the Horizon for August 30, 2020. That doesn't mean we are sailing, I have little hope this cruise will sail. 

If Universal, SeaWorld  can open and Disney is set to open on July 11 2 parks and July 15 the other 2 parks. I am getting more confident that Carnival will begin cruising in August. 

I just booked this cruise this my first cruise since my husband passed away. I am a little nervous about going alone....It is time to start to live again...Tom

I am booked on the Lirica out of Venice October 23,2020. Anyone have any insight if this cruise will be cancelled. Final payment  is due round July 9. I don't want to cancel I have airfareI bought separately.

I had to reschedule for August 30 on the Horizon out of Miami. I got 600 ship credit and another 200 ship credit because of a special going on during my booking. 

We loved the breeze and we just booked the Horizon for August 30

I booked the July 4 sailing on the Breeze. Not living in fear either when my number is up it's up that is something none of us control.

It sounds great to me.. I am not believing the hype on the media new studies are coming out daily that this virus is not as bad as was originally thought. The studies out of USC are saying more people had been infected not showing symptoms or mild symptoms which would then mean the mortality rate is less than 1%.... Time to STOP living in fear....

I have a cruise booked for July 4,2020 and plan to go as long as the cruise is still going. I am not worried one bit.

I just booked this cruise yesterday at a fare I couldn't pass up. This will be my first cruise since my husband passed away. I am hoping it sails but if it doesn't  it wasn't meant to be. I need this trip, I hope some other gay folks will be going on this sailing. Tom

I just received my birthday gift from my husband flying JFK to Milan on Emirates first class. What do I have to look forward to? What not to miss? 

The negative reviews I read about MSC all start with something that went wrong and then almost everything becomes an issue with the ship, the food, the entertainment, the staff and guest relations. This can be said about most cruise line reviews. 

With that said we have been on MSC twice and yes on the Armonia and both those cruises rank as some of the best we have experienced. We have been on over 50 plus cruises to include Cunard, Costa, Princess, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and Carnival. 

Do your homework know what you are purchasing, go with an open mind, don't let a negative dictate the rest of the vacation and look at everything objectively.
