Yes, the Cheers pkg includes specialty coffees, water, soda, energy drinks. When u exceed 15 drinks, u have to pay.

Ugh.....no. The sheets/pillows and towels are washed in very high heat to kill any human pathogens with BLEACH! And dried with VERY HIGH heat, get it? Sure, the items are still warm when they arrive to yr cabin, but they are not washed or dried in high heat, nor are your items washed with bleach! 

I am platinum, no way would I ever use the free laundry service, they wash yr items with many others. EEWWWW I can't imagine how many pax undergarments would be in the same load, or big sweaty stinky junk...gag. The strawberries r ok, usually kinda melted and stuck to the plate. 

I ordered a $500 card, got it a few days ago, took about a week, no signature required. UPS put it on my fence.

I wait until I get to port, seems to always be places with free wifi. 

I ordered gc last week, came yesterday. No calls, no signing a paper, or having to be home like I have read. The envelope was on my fence.

Ditto, I wish Carnival would bypass La Romana, our group won't get off ship. Would be fine at Half Moon, probably out of luck on that one. 

Read everything and read it again. A medical evacuation can cost $$$$$$$$, I always get a plan with at least $500,000 for med evac . Check yr coverage for medical, if you break yr leg or need stitches in a different country, they will charge you $$$$$$$. I don't care about flights, I fly SWA so I can change if I need to, luggage is not a biggie for me either, but they will be covered with Allianz (higher), I use Travel Guard alot. Mess around with the site, change yr total trip price to a bit lower or a bit higher, like, if I enter $800 for total trip cost, the quote will show a price, then I go back and enter $1000 same price. If you lower it to 500. the plan will be lower. They cover quite a few different areas, check them out to see which is best for you.

Sounds great!! Our ship doesn't arrive until 1pm, but we are in port until 11. We would like to go to the resort , is there shopping close to the port? We would like to do both.

Which port r u sailing out of? Looking for advice on a parking lot/garage for yr own car? I ask b/c I rented a car for 2 weeks, then booked a last minute cruise, it is cheaper for me to keep the car and pay to park it in a lot than to return and rent another car after the cruise. Crazy, but true.

Anyone know of off airport parking lot/garage near FLL?? :confused:

Hi Nick! I don't know what we r doing, I used to go to KW quite a bit, but it has been about 25 yrs since my last visit, never have been on a cruise that stopped there. We only have a few hours, can't imagine much going on at 7:30am! I'll go to our roll call now! lol

I always book last minute, am platinum and request YTD, I get waitlisted, but am granted YTD. So far. I am waitlisted on my March cruise, just booked last week.

Thank u! Does anyone know which beach we would be let off by? Haven't been to KW in so long and I know the beaches r man made, last time I stayed at the Southern most hotel I think it was called, there was a beach there. Down by the big bouy thing that says Cuba 90 miles, southern most point in continental US. I am a night person, always on Duval, this is a new adventure for me. Just booked last minute, am digging around for info.
