We were patiently awaiting our 5 PUP points from the 12/21/23 webinar "Deployment Webinar" after our last cruise in November. It's a long way to ElitePlus; but 5 points is 5 points, and we're cruising again with "X" in October. 
So I decided to call the Captains Club number 1-800-760-0654.
What a complicated way to access your account to finally get the measly 5 points. It took over 1/2 hour. Good luck everyone!

i think that the majority of people remember to get their scoop on the last sea day, after noticing the line for gelato.

I hear you.  I have a similar experience.  I worked hard to make Elite status on another cruise line.  Shortly thereafter they sold off their small ships that I liked so much and started adding bigger and bigger ones to their fleet.  Now I don't sail that line any more.  I'm looking for a new favorite line, but I'm getting too old to make top tier on other loyalty programs.

Have you tried the Oceania line? We're sailing on Vista, this coming December 2023 and February 2025. Love it! Wait till you see these perks/rewards in the att.

I did, waited forever, when they answered they said: You will probably receive 3/17, 3/23 and 5/10 on or after 6/14. Only received 3pts from 5/10. Will unfortunately have to call tomorrow. I mean, come on people, it's only 2 points! How stingy can they (X) be?

Like I keep track, I mentioned it was for 2 points.
What's the big deal you think?

In other words - a total waste of my time.
I asked if there was a direct number, he said call on the same one if you haven't received them in a few days. What a waste!!!!!!

After doing more research, I booked Ultimate Beach Experience - Resort World Day Pass.  Total cost with Celebrity for 2 of us was just under $90 - we have OBC with Celebrity, so it makes sense.  It includes beach chairs plus one drink each.  I had read on tripadvisor that it cost $75 for two chairs with an umbrella on Paradise Beach.  It's extremely uncomfortable for me just to sit/lie on a towel, so chairs are a necessity.  

 

If anybody here has done this excursion, I'd love to read more about it.  Thanks!

Looks like there is a resort near the cruise dock; might look into that.

Welcome to Oceania! Wow, are you in for a treat. We sailed, with our friends Mike and Carol, a few years back, and he created this marvelous review of our cruise on the Riviera. We have been back a few times since then (9x to be exact, and once on Marina - her sister ship) this past March 2023. Had a fabulous time again. We're booked on the Oceania Vista Dec 1, 2023 and Feb 18, 2024. The roll calls are pretty quite, but anyway......here's Mike's review, complete with photos and menus.

have elite plus with Celeb and nothing to show for it....

 

all the perks that Celeb gives you , are all included on O....and you never feel that there is a class system....whether in owners suites or in insides, all are made to feel that they are welcome and appreciated guests....

 

O has the best loyalty program of all the lines and we are doing our best to get to level 10, 15 and beyond....now only on 5....

 

there are plenty of people in every age range...and so encouraging to see older folks, active, full of life and joy, making the most of their lives....

You'll be there in no time. We just hit 10 in December, on the Marina, and love the paid gratuities. The Riviera coming up in March and finally the Oceania Vista in December.
