We were patiently awaiting our 5 PUP points from the 12/21/23 webinar "Deployment Webinar" after our last cruise in November. It's a long way to ElitePlus; but 5 points is 5 points, and we're cruising again with "X" in October. So I decided to call the Captains Club number 1-800-760-0654. What a complicated way to access your account to finally get the measly 5 points. It took over 1/2 hour. Good luck everyone! 😎

I did, waited forever, when they answered they said: You will probably receive 3/17, 3/23 and 5/10 on or after 6/14. Only received 3pts from 5/10. Will unfortunately have to call tomorrow. I mean, come on people, it's only 2 points! How stingy can they (X) be?

Way too much time "On Hold", then they asked what were the titles of the webinars. Like I keep track, I mentioned it was for 2 points. What's the big deal you think? Simon was in the Philippines, they're having good weather. In other words - a total waste of my time. I asked if there was a direct number, he said call on the same one if you haven't received them in a few days. What a waste!!!!!!

We will be going in October, and thought the same thing. Until........we read the reviews on tripadvisor.com Now it's a "No". Looks like there is a resort near the cruise dock; might look into that.
