We are renting a car from Skagway Car rental and driving into Canada - to emerald lake and back, using Murray’s Guide as a resource. we also have a long port day and are able to start off with a float trip in Dyea before getting our rental car.

I confirmed that they have very limited Jeep wranglers, and mostly have SUVs. decided to switch to a different rental company that is significantly less $!

Oh no! I’ve just emailed this vendor to confirm - but If that’s the case, I’m hoping to switch to a regular car rental. $400 is a lot for a one-day car rental!

Thanks @nini! yes, renting the car to get to and from Seattle (where we are flying) and then taking it post-cruise for a week to Vancouver island. With 2 little kids, felt it was easiest to have the car throughout. thanks for the suggestion to look into hotel parking!!

Hi!Does anyone have experience parking at Canada Place in Vancouver during an Alaskan cruise?We will be parking a rental car for the week. Wondering if we need to pre-book? Looks like $264 (CAD?) for the week if I book in advance.Or any recommendations for parking near the cruise terminal, besides the official Canada place parking?Thanks for any insights!
