You can take a sandwich from the ship in Princess Cay & HMC, as all the food comes from the ship as anyhow.

Not all the walls/doors are magnetic. Decorations also need to be fire retardant.

The servers will bring a dessert with candles to the table in the MDR if you decide not to order a cake. Just list on your booking "birthday" and let the hostess know.

We are cruising during Christmas this year, our first time going the week of Christmas. We have cruised the week before Christmas, the ship is decorated from the beginning of December through NYEs. Activites look to be the same throughout the month of December.

Hand them your boarding pass at the bar. They will scan it a d it will pop up your picture and folio #. Ask them to write your folio # on the boarding pass. It makes it quicker for the next bartender to ring you up.

I choose not to purchase FTTF for the New Orleans port, because there is rarely a long queue to board and the ports dont have tendering. I know FTTF is a personal preference, and I do purchase it when I cruise out of Jacksonville and Port Canaveral.

The Big Easy and A wonderful world are the production shows on the Triumph, currently.

Correct, no fridges on the Triumph for insides, overview and balcony cabins. Cannot confirm if suites have them.

We used it on the triumph, and had the 199.00 package. We gathered our photos daily, took them to the check out where they were counted and "rung up" and then placed in the pixels box and handed over to us. We didnt need to have them filed or held behind the counter. You do have to "activate" your package at the pixels desk. They do take a piece of paper that you sign and file it. They wrote on mine that said "guest to take photos". Each day we went to check out, they pull the file to see what package you have.

Was at Nachi Cocum last month. Max capacity is 130, there were maybe 80 people there and I only saw 3 little kids. Its quite and drinks/food were good. Great shaded loungers. Been to paradise beach and mr sanchos, lots of families at these locations.

Anyone know the meaning of this? Was taking pics while exploring the ship. Is it fleetwide? And what is the meaning behind it?

Yes, although there are no real mailboxes on the Triumph. Your S&S card will be in a sealed envelope and tucked in the room number plaque on the outside of your door.Does anyone know if the Triumph has the new embarkation procedure with the card in the mailbox? We are cruising in Sept and was wondering.Sent from my SM-G950U using Forums mobile app

You can get a cherry coke (coke + grenadine + cherries) so Im sure you can get a shirley temple (sprite+grenadine+cherries) on the Bubbles program. Maybe it was just the bartenders, but my 11 year old had no issues getting either.

Thr triumph out of NOLA has gone to the "mailbox" systwm where you will not get your S&S card until your room is ready. Give your boarding pass to the closest bar tender and ask them to write your folio # on it and then start drinking away.

There are plenty of chairs and trees for shade down by cabanas 10, 11 and 12.

Entertainment in the Rome lounge (production shows) still have the live orchestra pit and they have different shows than fleet wide shows. No serenity deck, yet, but have two pools and 4 hot tubs. Just got off the Triumph on 6/14. Had a wonderful time.

Just got off the Triumph (6/9 - 6/14). Went to Nachi in Cozumel 17.00 cab fare each way, maybe 10 mins from port. Gorgeous beach and no crowds (they only allow 130). Booked excursion through Carnival the Vip chichinetzan and cenotes tour for Progreso. Loved the cenotes. 2 hour bus ride each way, left the day on a pretty tight schedule since back on board time is 430.

I always order the cheese plate as an appetizer. Love it with my salad and glass of wine.On the bitters and Blanc are the nuts large and can be picked out or small ? I can’t eat nuts but can pick big ones out and still enjoy things. Also I keep wondering why woukd cheese plate be offered as desert ? Should that not be an appetizer?Sent from my SM-G950U using Forums mobile app

I agree. Nachi must have cleaned up and upgraded their drinks. All were strong and fresh. Was just there 5 days ago. Beautiful and no crowds. 17 cab fare each way.Ditto. Always a great time, good food, smaller crowds. Going again in February [emoji3]Sent from my SM-S907VL using Forums mobile app

Chef's Table reservations...?
in Carnival Cruise Lines
Posted
Chefs table is AMAZING and well worth it. I was thankful to follow some advice I got here on Cruise Critic .... dont eat everything served. Take bites and dont finish the plates, no matter how tempting it is.
