Thank you for your input. I still would probably choose to go in order to see the hotel. Just curious and this is a “one and only“ trip, so I will not pass this way again. Any other advice or observations?……….please share. Many Thanks.

Has anyone taken the AMA cruise to Egypt and gone to afternoon tea at the Cataract hotel? This is an optional excursion, and I believe it is offered the same day as the flight to Abu Simbel?
