Does anyone know if you need to bring towels off of the ship if you plan to use the pool at Taino Bay or are towels provided to you? Also, are there lockers that you can use to lock up your personal items if using the pool and/or the lazy river??

Regarding the once a day housekeeping services, does anyone know what times the "morning" or "evening" choices would be? Do you know if it's something like mornings would be considered approximately 10:00 - 1:00 and evenings 5:00 - 8:00? Just trying to figure out if we had the choice, which one would be more convenient for us.

I’m on Adventure now (Sept 1 - 10 Canada) and Marvin is the cruise director.
Is Chris still on board with the cruise staff? I was trying to get in touch with him.

On our recent AOS cruise (8/18) one of the main activities members was Chris from the UK. Anyone have his last name?
He was a lot of fun.

We didn't have any issues in May. We were the 3rd ship leaving and there appeared to be plenty of parking. We had to go to the overflow lot passed the parking garage. The garage was being held for handicapped/disabled. They did offer shuttles but it was not a problem walking.

we used to be able to pick the cabana ahead of time on the ship, last year we did that. i wonder if they changed it so there is no advance choosing of them.

Has anyone rented a Coco Cay Beach Club cabana? Do you get to pick which one while on the ship or do you have to wait until you get to the island?

Hi. Just wondering how quick it is to get 6,000 + people off of Oasis. Is it as smooth as any other ship? We will be on her in Bayonne and wonder if that will be any better or worse than her current port.

Poohb, we will be sure to use some of these suggestions on you next May when we are sitting at the same table :')
Another thread inspired me to ask. Scenario: Dining Room, tablemates that were assigned to sit with you. One (or more) of these people decides to be rude, demanding and demeaning to the waitstaff. How would you as a kind, human being react and what would you say to the get the arrogant guest to shut up, leave or be respectful? Would you also say something encouraging to your waitstaff? -
Very informative review and the pictures are great! When you return, we will be boarding Grandeur and this will be our third time...keep up the good work and enjoy yourselves!

She and Synergy are on our current Anthem cruise, ending May 14, 2016. She and the band are pretty good and have the crowd going wild!
she was a highlight on my recent Anthem cruise. Always had the Music Hall packed!! -
This is so true! I believe I do not have any polyps! I've checked!
Not as bad as the toilet paper is thinner. -
Thank you all for the responses...I know they will only give you the limited amount of complimentary water/matts...we just want to make sure our party has a place to get some shade.
Thanks, again.

I know the cabanas accommodate 6, but we may have a few more people than that. Has anyone ever had 7 or 8 people in a cabana and will they give us any problem?

We have sailed out of Baltimore 3 times, once on Enchantment and twice on Grandeur...they were 3 of the quickest and easiest embarkations...the convenience to I-95 is a plus! I will admit that the Vision Class is not as thrilling as a larger class would be...I do prefer a larger ship.

I better do this at the beginning of the cruise - otherwise, I may end up weighing too much toward the end!!
Under 6 feet is 230 pounds, over 6 feet is 250. Will try to find out the height and age restrictionsSent from my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 using Tapatalk

Awesome review!
Please tell Luvs and Rich that Spanky and the whole gang said hello (except for Poohb and Gil because they are on the ship with ya'll)!!

We could have an alcohol embargo! If we stopped paying for the drinks and RCCL saw how much they were losing, do you think they would lower the prices quickly? $10 for a rum & coke is ridiculous...
-
Wasn't there a Rainforest tour listed for RCCL? There is one listed for our Liberty trip, it's $50...I was thinking about booking it but I haven't heard any reviews yet.

Excellent Review, great pics...love the chair-hog pics! We'll be on Liberty in May...

Maybe some day you can say you sailed with Steve...we did! Although I don't know whether or not I should be proud of that fact!

You can meet others who are cruising you on your roll call. Here's the link: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1867231Steve

It was fun...the training zip was rougher than the main one...make sure you take in the view when you are up top. I couldn't see the other end of the line and right before you go you are hanging above the trees...i believe the whole zip ride took 60 seconds...

Hey Chipmoose...we did have the earlier dining...we haven't had late seating in years and my stomach thanks me for that! I don't like to be stuffed late at night...plus, then I wouldn't be able to partake in any late-night food! Of course, the simple thing would be NOT TO EAT SO MUCH but why bother doing that!
spanky
Spanky, did you have the earlier dining? We ate at 8:00 pm and the theatre was not so crowded, but I heard that show attendance was lopsided, with lots of folks going to the show timed for the 5:30 dining folks, and not as much for the show timed for the 8 pm dining folks. I really enjoyed the theatre, the loveseats were very comfortable. You are right, the centrum shows were near impossible to get a good seat for, I got a standing room only view of one or two shows, but saw so little of the aerial act that I enjoyed watching them practice earlier in the day more than I did trying to catch glimpses at the actual shows.

We were on this same cruise and I never saw this Live Review! Great job and fantastic pictures. My friend and I were the ones that sang Jessie’s Girl at the Karaoke event in the main theater on day 8 🤣
