I see that one of the benefits of being a platinum tier is “ concierge service to assist you with specialty restaurant, entertainment and shore excursion reservations,”. 
Would anyone know if Is this prior to boarding or while onboard? If this is prior do I call NCL? If it’s onboard where is it?

Thank you so much. We have a lot to consider. I appreciate all of the advice. We are flying in 2 days prior to sailing and on the same day as disembarkation. We are going from jfk to mco and would hate to be put on a flight with a stop or two. That’s the main concern. 
we would love an early flight going and a fairly early flight coming back. We will keep our fingers crossed.

Thank you!  We are not going until 2023 so we are aways from final payment. I hope we an find a great deal for air travel and then do not have to worry to wait to see if it’s a good flight.

We booked the prima with the airfare perk, 2nd guest $199, arrive 2 days prior and also paid so our party all goes on the same flight. Have been reading not so great reviews of the ncl air and are rethinking to buy our own airfare. Would anyone know if I can get my money back? Is there any penalty?

2/19 sailing we went to guest services

We received $0 OBC on the getaway in February.

We have a 9:00 check in time in NYC. Does that mean you need to get Covid  tested before that? What time should we arrive at the pier?
Were do we head first?

We are scheduled to go on the getaway out of NY This winter and am curious when the ship is coming to ny from Florida?  
Has anyone ever been worried that the first sailing or two been cancelled or delayed because of not coming to the new pier on time? Curious because of ny Covid protocols etc. 

How is sailing out of NY with testing protocols? Is testing done at the pier or at a nearby location?

Does anyone know where the vibe passes are sold?

Go to the observation lounge bar and have Paul or Febri make you a Tito’s, peach schnapps, seltzer and a splash of cranberry. 
tell them Christine, Nancy and Maria say hi!!

There was no music in Q on last weeks cruise. 

Febri or Paul can make espresso martinis at the observation lounge. Saw them making them last week. 
please tell them Andy, and Christine says hi!!

Do the NCL excursions pick you up at the dock in each port or do you need to take the shuttle/bus/gondola into town?

Just checked. All of august sailings on the encore are no longer available. Sept 4th is the first sailing I see. 

I still don’t want to get my hopes up but everything is looking like Alaska is going to happen starting 8/7!,
