thanks for the above two comments. I thought it would have been a hot topic for 2022 as I assume there are a lot of us in the same situation.

My cruise was one of the first cancelled in March 2020. I signed up for the 125% credit which have been unable to use. I was told at the time that if the credit is not used by Dec 31/21, I could expect a refund. Any idea on timing of these refunds? Assuming there are many of us in the same situation.

Funny hate the sticky buns but loved the ham and pineapple pizza which they only served once.
-
interactive slide was replaced with a normal slide ride on our March 2019 cruise. We loved the interactive but people kept getting stuck so the attendants had to slide down to rescue causing delays. no fees on any slides

Is the FCC just an email with a code or can I see something when I log into my msc account? Just trying to figure out what I am looking for so I don't miss it.
-
fcc already have next two booked - will just have to figure out how to cancel and re-book using credit
Very generous offer at 125% - couldn't pass that up

same issue with me. Booked on US site but then booked anther cruise on CDN site once it opened for business. I can no longer book on the US site as the principle person must reside within the US. Not sure how the credit will work. It will be nice to get input from the first person who gets and uses the credit who is in the same situation
MSC has been good to us so far and no doubt this will continue and I have no concerns they will make it work.

Anything over 90 days. You should have got a 100 percent refund.
-
How much did it cost to upgrade?
-
You can cancel up to 90 days prior to departure with no penalty. I have cancelled a few as I found a better deal with no issues. Refunds usually take about 8-10 days. I would book the right week on the site to get your cabin and then call CS in a day or two.
-
Hopefully the "classic drink" package is also included as we have that on our reservation.
-
yes as long as outside the 90 day to cruise window
-
they were rinsing and filling at the pool side bars when we were on seaside without any issue.
-
been on seaside twice and I had no issues with any mixed drinks in any of the bars. These people work hard and deserved every dollar I tipped.
The bar service in the main dining room was also top notch. Had a husband and wife pairing serving our table on the last trip and they kept us quite amused

Any other codes available? I tried to book on my last cruise two weeks ago and the code did not go through at that time and now it says the code has been used.
please email me if you have a code you are not going to use.

Call msc direct. Think you will need to be transferred to group bookings and then they can add. Do it prior or you will be billed the 15 percent service charge on board
-
yes they can be used for virgin drinks. My kids use them for that reason.
-
end of Winter sailings (end of March for Caribbean) and they will be no good anymore
-
if you booked on line then cancel and re-book immediatley. process takes about 2 minutes. you get the credit back on your credit card within 3-4 days
$4-6 per person savings equals 1 free drink
-
Do they still have the slide boarding on the seaside? The recent videos I have seen do not show the scoring rafts going down the slide
on another topic. How much are the key lime martinis now?
-
no time is reserved for lane swims. we were on seaside in March and we did not see any life jackets. People had their own but I have read posts that say they were available.
-
are the 12/18 drink coupon books added back in for US customers as well as I don't see them on the site?
-
Do I lose the coupons if I book either of the drink packages? Is there any value in using them if I have a package?
-
You can get one of each spirit. Ie one type of rum,one type of vodka, one type of whiskey etc and a mix ie coke, There are also a few mixed drinks like Long Island ice tea Moscow mule. It is a limited bar selection but includes enough for the average drinker It does not include blender type drinks
