I just read all the comments and I thank you. I have been attempting to book and correct a booking I made for Dec.2 It is impossible to get anything done by anyone. I hope to speak with my travel planner today to see if she can help. If not, I will no longer cruise on Princess. If this is the way they now handle business and I am ELITE.

I have to find out if Puerto Plata is still on our itinerary, I again will go up to Mt Isabella del Torres. If the cable car is not working then I will go by car. Anyone wish to join me? It cost about $100. by private car and I felt it was worth every penny. The one hour drive up the mountain is quite interesting.

I agree.. I rather stay onboard then Labadee. Not for me.
