Hi, DH and I are really pissed off and annoyed by the poor customer service of MSC Voyagers Club Canada. We did the status match from Princess Elite in October, 2023 and got replied to match status of MSC Diamond in November, 2023. However when we booked our cruise we found our member card numbers or status are missing. After a few emails to voyagersclub@msccruises.ca, I finally got my status and member number in the file but DH's is still missing. DH and I kept emailing as the MSC agent said that's the only way follow and no phone number to call or other email to complain. Any advice or input will be appreciated. Thanks.

Can Canadian cruisers book MSC cruises in US Dollars? Someone suggest Canadian cruisers to book through a US Travel Agent in US Dollars. What if I want to book directly with MSC? Please advise and share if you have any experiences, thanks.

Well I never used it, and it expired. I figured I'd try it again with my Hilton Diamond to see what the definition of "one match" meant. Well, today they matched me to MSC Diamond without issue.
How long did your match application take to get response?

Our upcoming cruise will be on Grand Princess 32 Nights and this cruise with 2 cruise credits. Will there be 2 mini bars set up? When will the second one be set up? This is the longest cruise since we are Elite. Any input will be appreciated, thanks.

- with your birthday
- 4 digit code you picked
- I think it might ask for code again
- it asks if you want to take money from your cabin account into your casino account
- the $ amount you want transferred
- will ask for 4 digit code

We will be on Odyssey TA from Oct 31 till Nov 13 and board Caribbean Princess on the same day. We believe we have to go from Terminal 18 to Terminal 2. Is it walkable? It will be great if Royal will provide a shuttle for us but I don't think so as we are sailing on other cruise line, Princess. Anyone have experiences to share? Thanks in advance.

From there you cross the road to the bus stop and catch #4 bus into the city centre . It’s about a 20 min ride and tickets are €1.50pp e/w.

As a previous poster says, most hotels in Civitavecchia are three star at best, but they are normally spotlessly clean.
I agree with the advice to avoid San Marco. I don’t know how they are currently, but their past reputation is not very good.
Does Hotel Traiano still offer free shuttle to the port? I learnt that before pandemic it does.

Updates: got an email from Princess Customer Relations Department last night. Hopefully problem to be solved soon. Fingers crossed.

Hi,
I am totally upset about how Princess messed up my Future Cruise Credits. They just moved around without my consent and notifications. Spent more than five hours talking to the reps still didn't resolve. So I emailed to Jan Swartz and Collin Steinke today, no response and no auto reply. Wonder how can the problem be solved and how bad customer service provided by Princess now.
