How many Chic nights will be on an 11 night cruise?

Eagle Beach
in Aruba
We will be in port on the Reflection in February. Just want to take a cab to Eagle Beach for a beach day. Did Palm Beach last time so ready to try Eagle. Where is a good point to ask taxi to let us off that will have a bar close by for drinks and umbrella and chairs to rent?

The classic drink package on Reflection was a perk with our cruise. If we wish to upgrade to premium do you just pay the difference between the two packages, which appears to be $10 or is there also grauity, tax, etc. added to that $10 per day. Can this be done online prior to sailing?

Can you use cash in the slot machines in the casino?

Went to Palm Beach last time we were in Aruba. While there were nice chairs to rent and Palm Pier for drinks, we didn't enjoy wall to wall people. Should we go for Eagle Beach this year? Taxi or Bus? Where to get off?

Those of you who have been to Aruba beaches, which is your favorite? Would like one that might have bars to get a drink while we are there.

Has anyone done this excursion in the last couple years. All the reviews I find are very positive, but very old. We are looking for a snorkel excursion in Bonaire in February. Two of them I am interested via ship excursions won't take you if you are over 70. Note: I personally am in better shape than many 50 year olds, but nonetheless.....! Woodwind has been full since August. The only other two snorkel excursions via ship are Exclusive Sailboat which I can't imagine is really worth $130 but I could be wrong. Please chime in if you have done it. The other option is the Catamaraan which does the National Park not Klein Bonaire.

Just wondered if it was worth it? Are you glad you did? How far ahead did you know if you got the move up? Is it a good deal or do you end up paying what you would have anyway?

Has anyone ever done the Celebrity Move Up?

I am curious about this one also. Is it really worth the extra cost? Is it a small group as it says exclusive?

What is the name of the main dining room on the Reflection? I have been on the Celebrity App and it makes it sound like there are two main dining rooms, one for Suite guests only. True or False? The app also made it sound like the lunch in the main dining room the day we board is for suite guests only. I thought Conceirge guests could go to it also. Thanks for your answers.

Concierge get a bottle of bubbly in their room. I though I read once you can swap it out for wine. Is that correct? The bubbly they leave is usually a bit too sweet for me.

We arrive Saturday afternoon, and are there overnight. I read somewhere that most thing aren't open on Sunday. Is that correct?

Comments please on cabins facing back on aft of solstice ships? Last minute cruise on Reflection and choices limited. Regular concierge cabin with veranda facing port or starboard. OR a back one. Have done a corner aft sky suite and loved it but suites sold out.

Sorry, wrong forum and don't know how to delete the post!

Do you both have to upgrade to prestige drink package or can just one of you?

Years ago we cruised Princess. Have done one Disney cruise with family, but last two were with Celebrity. We loved Celebrity. Friendliness and service from crew. We went to some shows but not all. We like the itinerary of a 2018 cruise on Oceania. I read good things about the food. Are there things to do on board during the day and evening? . We enjoy a drink or two at a bar before or/and after dinner. I like to sit on deck and enjoy the sun during the day, that doesn't interest my husband for more than an hour or two. Are the any onboard lectures, art shows, etc. ? The cruse we are looking has quite a few ports, so that will make a difference.

DH and I leave on Equinox on Friday also. We love to dress up. I plan to wear a dress or dressy pants outfit every evening. Hubby still bringing tux and I will do long dresses for formal nights. Glad to see so many still like to dress up!

Thanks so much for your replies. I get it now!! Your responses were very helpful!

We will be driving to the port to leave on our Celebrity cruise. I thought I read somewhere you should just drive up to the appropriate pier area , check your luggage with a porter, then park. Anyone know if this is correct. Not sure how all that works when your drive. Input would be great. Makes me nervous just handing our luggage off. Can or should you take it into the teminal yourself?

I know the suites have binoculars. Do they provide umbrellas? Any reason to bring one?

First, I apologize if this appears twice. Wrote the thread and must have forgotten to hit post as don't see it. On previous cruises with other cruise lines we have been asked to specify if we want our beds left as twins or put together. We are in a Sky Suite on the Equinox leaving in a few weeks. I have not seen a place to specify our preference in completing our forms.

Is that the ship hair dryer in the drawer or yours? Can't decide if the ship one will do or if I should lug my own. The one in the picture looked fine.
