Well I meant they hire the CEO who is supposed to hire someone to update a website. Yes, the Azamara management team is failing miserably.

If the billionaires at Sycamore can's seem to hire someone to update a website, I'm not so sure how much an email is going to help...

My agent tried to call for pricing / booking and gave up after 4 hours and 30 minutes. I can't blame them, not worth it for one commission on a lower end cabin. John R.

I tried to book (well at least get pricing) for a cruise in November, and TWO travel agents told me basically they are not booking Azamara right now because hold times are crazy. This includes a "big box" store's travel arm and a major on-line travel agent. I can't get pricing on any site either, they explained Azamara's database is messed up and can't be tapped via the travel agent's site. This is crazy. John R.

I had "complimentary" laundry with a More Package on a cruise in 2019. The laundry absolutely wrecked a number of t-shirts by apparently stretching them out over some type of perhaps ironing board (I've never really seen a commercial laundry at work). The white t-shirts were especially stretched (two almost went to my knees!). On my next cruise in December 2022, is there any suggestions on how to avoid this if I send out laundry again (I'll probably have a few bags with a More Package). TIA, John

That was my question. You had it included as a benefit to your cruise purchase, but if you buy the package on board, I'm not sure you can upgrade your drink package.

Yes, I recall it was coded for each use (spa, laundry, excursions, etc.). I was definitely told it could not be shifted around.

The Azamara website does allow me to use the $1000 OBC promotional credit to buy the package, or at least I think it did. It will not let me use TA OBC though. YMMV. Best, John R.

Above, it was mentioned that you can upgrade from the Premium to the Ultimate drink package if you buy an Experience More package. I always understood you can upgrade your drink package ONLY if it was part of the booking, and not if the Experience More package was purchased on-board. I would prefer Enjoyment package versus the Indulgence level but I would like the Indulgence Ultimate beverage package and would pay the $7 upgrade per day for 2 versus the extra $500. Can anyone clarify? Best Regards, John
