Sailed on Infinity Sept/Oct. found the ship to be very clean. I always wipe down our cabin and balcony to try and keep germs at bay. Did find the plane (US air ) to be basically filthy.(use lots of Purell and wipe down your seat, tray table magazines etc.) my DH has breathing issues so I try not to take chances so we make sure that we have a shots up to date before getting on a plane.

Yes it is londonperfect.com - I dealt with them completely via ema - my payment ( in dollars) was sent to an address in the US - I also used their recommended driver/car from Heathrow airport (Lushi cars) and it worked perfectly and they were waiting for us , took us directly to the apartment , the representative had the keys and oriented us - very good service. - they sent me PDF email info before we arrived with lots of great information - I would use them again

Just used a company called London Perfect to rent a 2 bedroom in South Kensington - it was near the tube and a 10 minute walk to the Victoria snd Albert and Harrods - very nice and worked out great

Since the walls are metal, some people bring magnets and use them to create extra storage options. I have several with hooks on them that I hang purses, umbrellas, tote bags, etc. from. I find them at the local hardware store.

Thanks for the info. - I will be very interested to see what special events are planned on board. Certainly is the perfect opportunity as this cruise sails from one wine region to another with lots of great regonial Europen food opportunites.

Has anyone received info. about TOP CHEF winners coming on the Sept. 19 cruise ( Harwich to France, Spain, Portugal) ? I just found out that they and British wine expert Oz Clarke will be aboard but have not found any specifics although I understand there will be special events . I would love to know more.

Did this cruise in March 2012 on the Island - take a caribe deck balcony - larger and has 4 chairs so you can put your feet up and enjoy - also you can go through the "secret" door in the front to view as you go into the Canal (fun) - good laundry also on this deck if you need it
