Could also be a "crew only" area. We had a huge crew area on the top deck aft of the Disney Dream
"Top deck" as in on top of the forward funnel? 🤔

I watched the u tube video, she looks beautiful!
I am wondering about the artwork on the hull.
Is is a specific artist or is it NCL art?
I don't think I have seen this info yet.
Thanks...stay safe all. 😎
It's created by Peeta.

No, I meant not the place over the bridge what belongs to the spa.
i mean the front area at the top deck at the front at the ship. At all renderings there were a grey place. So it is not clear if it is a public sundeck or something special.Ah, I didn't even see the people up there! It doesn't look like a big enough open area to be a sundeck. I'm gonna guess it's a walk through at best. Maybe we'll see soon?!

The hull art at the front balcony is now there too.
at least we have at the top front a white area were we know nothing. Some people standing there at the sail away. We will see if there is a place for everyone or a super are to pay extra for.
Where they are standing is outside the thermal suite. I can't imagine that would be made available to everyone, or even anyone other than thermal suite guests. (I'm not seeing any access doors in thermal suite renders either.)

I guess you missed this one then...
Apparently I did too.
Maybe because it's not posted here on this topic? 🤷♀️

Thank you. I thought they were but "cruise deck plans" only has the staterooms on the starboard side marked as having the slides going thru them.
Norwegian has never shown that balcony section as part of the floorplan for those cabins.

Are the slides on both sides or only the starboard side?
Both.

LATDBLX 2 extra Latitude points per night
I just saw this code on my reservation. Does it really mean that for a 10 night cruise I will get 30 points?
40 if you're in Haven/suite! We're getting 48 for a 12 day. 😁

Word today is that the restriction notice has been posted in the Freestyle Daily.
No photos shared as of yet though.

Ah, I see the confusion. The person you quoted probably meant that it's a shame the ship as a whole won't be ready on time, not the slide itself...
Ohhhh... was he on the cancelled sailing?

The inaugural sailing was cancelled, but that's it so far. Hopefully that is all that gets cancelled.
I read it as him saying the slide won't be ready and was wondering where that was coming from. 🤷♀️

I was so looking forward to that slide....Complete disappointment that it won't be ready on time.
It won't be?

It’s definitely gorgeous!
And I can’t wait to see NCL’s pricing on the passes. If it’s in line with cabin pricing, well, maybe I’ll just admire the spa aesthetics from afar.
I told the other half to start saving his pennies! Ha!

Pretty sure that means an upgrade from one category, e.g. Inside, to the next, in this case Ocean View. Also could apply to an upgrade from OV to Balcony. A double meta upgrade would be from Inside to Balcony. It seems to refer to the World Points you can earn on an NCL branded MasterCard. It takes 30,000 points for a meta, 60,000 for a double meta.
Meta upgrades can also be to a "better" cabin within the same category, ie from an oceanview on a lower deck to an oceanview on a higher deck.
It's difficult to know which one that code applies to.

Another one you can add to your list is DISC35, we've got that on our upcoming Star sailing.
JWLOFF is one we got when our previous Jewel sailing to Greece was cancelled and replaced with the Pearl.
For the LATDLBX - someone help me with the math. If I'm booked in a suite (non-Haven ship) with that code, am I now getting 4 points per night?
Yes.
Think of it this way... the standard Latitudes point offer - LATITUDE - is one additional point per night.
LATDBLX is "double extra points" or two additional points per night.
We're booked Haven for our Prima TA and will be getting 48 points!

Here's a new one - STRATX2
Just appeared on my Hawaii 2/23 rebook (after price drop). Two $200 OBC certificates mysteriously appeared on the booking as well - maybe related to that?
Anyone know?

Please know they changed the amenities that come with the Joy non Haven suites. The majority of them were taken away last November without any notifications to those that had/have a suite booked. There are a few threads about it.
Can you share links to those threads?

With how popular the outdoor area in the Epic thermal suite is, it does make sense to have an even larger outdoor area... except that it's in the front of the ship with lots of wind and no shade. 🤔

The spa is on these updated plans. Deck 15 & 16 forward.
The thermal suite is not.

"$719" strikes again!
This is supposed to be $728. 🤷♀️
