Yes it was. We had a 12:10pm flight and were on the first busses. They should have left at 8am, but we didn’t leave until after 8:30 and it took 40 minutes to get to Schiphol airport. I don’t know why it was so disorganized - maybe just a bad day for the port workers.
Thanks. We have a noon flight - so I’m thinking a taxi to the train station. We have club orange and can carry our own luggage off the ship

Thank you. Was your debarkation in Rotterdam? If so what time were the first busses to the airport and what time did you get there. We are debating using HAL transportation or taking the train? Thanks
-
Thanks. We will be there on the Rotterdam in a few weeks.

Thank you

We leave on the Rotterdam in 2 weeks. On the Navigator App., everyday is listed as “smart casual”. I doubt that is actually true. Is this typical?

People were walking by, enjoying the aromas and trying to sit down. Thought it was part of the buffet.
Are there individual tables for 2 available? I wouldn’t want to share if the food is spread out on the Kraft paper like some seafood boils

What is the earliest time you can drop off luggage at the port in Rotterdam. We will be arriving by train from Brussels at 9:00 am. The earliest check in is at 10:30 am. We would like to drop off our luggage and explore for a while prior to boarding around 1’sh. Thanks

It is interesting- the language on the notice for boarding in Rotterdam is much softer - recommendations not a new implementation

I believe in 2019 it was in front on the train station

Can’t wait to read more. We spend a few weeks each fall in Northern Michigan. We love sleeping bear dunes and Glen Arbor.

If possible we would like to book the 28 or 29 day transpacific and Japan circle cruise for the end of September/ first of October 2026 when we are on board this June. If not yet available- we will buy future cruise credits while on board.

If you take the 5pm fight, it may be possible to take a HAL Amsterdam excursion that drops you off at the airport later. You could also take the train into Amsterdam from the airport- it is very simple. There is also a place near the Amsterdam central station to have luggage held

Flight ease only allows for flights noon or later, so even if you are not using flight ease, I would avoid the 10:30 flight.

@chisoxfan Please come join our roll call for this cruise... There is a group spreadsheet where people are sharing what they are doing in each port.

We love Villefranche; it is a beautiful small village with ruins to explore, as well as nice seaside restaurants with wonderful seafood. We spent a month in Nice and one day we walked there from Nice (it was a long hike). We also did the hike around Saint Jean-Cap Ferrat, which was outstanding. It is definitely worth getting off the ship.

and I opted for the Port to Table selection of the Jamaican Beef Patty. DW said that, "With all due respect to the Jamaicans, that's an empanada."
So funny- I don’t think I would ever order a Jamaican Beef Patty, but definitely would order an empanada.

We have also eaten at the Matarkjallarinn-Foodceller which was very good. More expensive than Messinn. We liked Messin better and returned there on our second trip to Reykjavik.

We loved Messin. The artic char was fantastic.

And the problem of the day. It doesn’t show my bookings or my history. I tried clearing cookies for the site, but still nothing
